If our government can enact a law requiring ALL parents to send their kids (from ages 4 up to 18) to school (public or private, depending on financial capabilities), will it improve our nation's intellect? And if the government prioritizes the grassroots education (K1 to K12) by allotting most of the education budget to these sector, will it benefit Filipinos more? And if whatever budget is left be given to the SUCs, will this be more fair in general?

I dream of young Aetas in the mountain provinces having their own school right in their community... giving them a fighting chance and the opportunity to get quality education and gain entry to some of our prestigious SUCs...

 

Middle class lang. The super rich send their children to exclusive private universities.

I have known super rich families sending their children to SUCs to study. They have passed the exams and hence they are qualified by law and avail free tuition.

Personally i will say NO to free tuition in SUCs but YES to student loan. Students who availed the loan will be required to work for the government for 2 to 3 yrs to pay off the loan. The kind of work will be aligned with the course they took up.

 

How many poor but deserving students are there? Very few, kasi maraming poor but konti lang ang deserving.

 

If free tuition in SUCs is paid for from taxpayers' money, then it should be open to all, poor, middle class and rich people alike but only to the deserving -- those who have the intelligence,the commitment to study and the perseverance to finish the course.

 

It should not be considered a right, but a privilege.

From your assumption, then I guess the majority of students who can avail the free tuition from SUCs belong to the middle class and the super rich (taipans). So how can students (coming from poor and indigent families) with just average intellect get their college education?

Compared to a decade ago, nose jobs nowadays are very cheap! Dati mga artista at rich people lang pwede, ngayon middle class yakang yaka na. Mas ok kung slight tangos lang pinagawa para hindi masyado halata.... it would look weird kung sobrang tangos naman. Look at Michael Jackson.... (yep, even guys).

Bottomline: Kung gusto ng lalaki ang isang babae at buo ang puso at utak nya, gagawa ng paraan. Sa babae rin ganun. Kung mutual, Go!

Bottomline: Kung kayo na talaga bilang kasintahan o asawa, at buo ang loob ninyong dalawa (puso at utak), BOTH PARTIES gagawa ng paraan para maging kayo palagi. Habang buhay po yan. Kung kayo ay naghiwalay, kahit anong rason, ituro ang sarili (hindi un kabila) kung bakit hindi naging buo ang puso at utak. Kayong dalawa ang salarin at merong pagkukulang. Magbalikan? Pwede lang kung BOTH PARTIES ay buo ang puso at utak.

Puso at utak ay laging magkasama.

Bottomline: Pagmamahal sa Diyos at tiwala sa sarili. The rest will follow. Simple lang ang buhay. Pagkagising ng umaga, amuyin ang ihip ng hangin. Pasalamatan ang Diyos sa panibagong araw muli. Tingnan ang sarili sa salamin. Ngumiti!

gusto nyo masarap at murang steak? try nyo ang "meltique" brand na ribeye, i-grill o pan fry nyo lang w/ butter, some herbs and salt and pepper...wag na timplahan, super duper lambot at sarap.

 

after having that, di mo maiisipang kumain pa sa steakhouse.

Once or twice a year after i learned rest and water therapy does the trick!

When i was new into badminton, stretching and warmups are unheard of for me... bec of it, I had slipped disc at L4.. buti nalang minor lang and nakuha sa therapy. Now aside from doing stretching and warmups before doing any physical activies, I do stretching and cool downs after. Lesson learned.

Most impt of all is being aware one has a depressive state... I do my fave things like watching movies when i am in that state once in a while...

Wishing ibalik nila un dating service option of pre-paying your parking ticket inside the mall... haba kasi ng queue lalo kung peak hours sa parking...

Queue is indeed loooonggg... BUT in fairness, i see improvements like dividing the queue from 1 transaction to multiple transactions... tho still leaves MUCH to be desired....
