  1. wats d name of the motel right next to robinsons ???

there's a motel right next to robinsons sta.rosa. i forgot the name, ok ba dun? ...

Golden Gate Inn yan paps, I won't recommend this since di ganun kaganda yun room, better go to Starbright or Monalisa along Carmona road, same price lang. :D

Eh since nasa laguna ang topic..daming resort sa laguna cum motel di ba?? San ba merong mura pero cozy..How much??

Los Banos pre, dami jan public resorts like Rockpoint, Dona Jovita, Splash Mountain, etc. Damage is usually around 1500 overnight, yung ibang rooms may private pool pa inside. Private resorts would cost you 3k-4k but you get to own the house for a day, hehehe :hypocritesmiley:

how about sa san pedro area? san bang ok dun, preferably yung medyo discrete (garage room or kung walk in at least tago from ain road), hot and cold bath, may dimer ligth (para sa mga shy) tia

San Pedro, Aspen lang bro. Based from the previous posts above seems newly renovated na to so I guess swak ka na dito. Sogo rin but its not discreet... :thumbsdownsmiley:

  2. sa dita area mayroon near the rotonda 240 for 3 hours citrus motel, clean bed aircon , with its own cR

Yeah I agree. Try citrus sa may dita rotonda. Medyo new pa ito. May katabi rin yan na motel but I forgot the name. Avoid Calypso, mahal na luma pa. :thumbsdownsmiley:

Sa binan area naman, ang medyo ok jan eh yung Starbright Inn kaso 4 rooms lang ata yung may garage. Yung iba you have to park your car outside the room. But the room is nice @P250 for 3hrs (extra towel and blanket included). Jan yan sa highway ng carmona going to binan.

Kung lalagpas ka ng konti sa starbright meron dun (new) Monti lodge. May mga garage rooms. I just dont know the rate. This is on your right side if you are going to binan coming from carmona. May luma kasing Monti Lodge jan sa may tapat ng ON semiconductors.

Kung quickie lang naman, may Golden Gate Inn jan near Big R. IMHO mas ok ang Starbright. Medyo old na kasi yang Golden Gate.

Kung mapapagawi ka ng san pedro (since malapit na sa binan) avoid Aspen. Maganda sa labas pero pangit sa loob. Mahal pa. If you are around San Pedro na, better yet go to Sogo. Enjoy! :hypocritesmiley:

  3. well, if anybody here has got a good memory, can you tell us please kung ano ung nauna, kaluskos musmos ba or kulit bulilit  :D

Kuskos Balungos? I don't remember this TV series, or baka masyado na akong matanda nung lumabas yun kaya hindi na ko nagka interest  :D

Nauna Kaluskos Musmos (channel 9) which had Maricel Soriano, Maila Gumila, Herbert Bautista, etc. Sunod Kulit Bulilit which was hosted by Imee Marcos, had the opportunity to be with Kulit Bulilit (channel 13). Di lang nag click Kulit Bulilit kasi "educational" and orientation ng show. We used to tape sa Broadcast City where channel 9 and 13 are both located. We get to play with Kaluskos Musmos kids during our break.

Ang competitor namin that time was Uncle Bob's Lucky 7 Club (channel 7). Medyo sosy coz english speaking sila. :P

  4. Compadrei is doing the right thing, asking around for any info that would help

him make the best decision. Nice to note we are all pitching in to help...

There are several stable/proven MLM companies, like FLP, Amway, First Quadrant,

even the above Lifestyle and Leisure looks promising. But I am not endorsing to you

any one specific MLM. I am chipping in to help you decide.

Before you join the company, try considering some of the pointers given by mastrkeezr.

    In addition, let me add:

    1. Do not think there will be no product selling. If there is no product to sell, that company

may be involved in pyramiding which is illegal both here and abroad. If they say there is

a product but you do not have to sell, that's absurd. Common sense lang.

    2. Binary is also legal. It is also a form of network marketing, just like breakaway, stair-step,

uni-level, hybrid, etc. We can go on and on, but you'd better do your own homework and

research. After you've seen the marketing plan, think: Will this marketing plan drive you

to your short and long term goals?

    3. How much time are you willing to spend on the business?

2 or 6 hours a day? 3 or 7 days a week? Do you see yourself marketing the company's

    products for a long time?

    4. Statistically, NOT all people will and should succeed in network marketing. Just think,

if all are supposed to succeed in MLM, who will clean up your office? or who will serve you

burgers at the fastfood joint? heck, who will manufacture the goods you are selling!

But, potentially, every member has as much chances of succeeding. If you think you have

to be a smooth talker or an experienced salesman to succeed in MLM, you are very wrong.

I know what I speak of here.

    5. If your sponsors are banking on the "first-come-first-serve principle", it might not be the

best company you're looking for. Just think, common sense ulit: Kung unahan yan, who will

join your company next year, if they are one year too late? And if they say konti pa lang

naman ang nauuna after one year, then all the more you should doubt. Bakit kaya konti ang

    nag-join?

    6. In principle, products sold by MLM companies are generally more expensive than counter-

parts in the market sold through the traditional method. This is acceptable and should not be

a cause of doubt, however, if the products are too expensively priced as to border on

absurdity, then think: Will you be able to personally sell these products within the next 6

months (to the people close to you), at least?

    7. If you are enticed to join by the "hype" such as success stories, rags-to-riches tales and

all other high-profile business meetings, stop. Go back to reason and think of the more

    important factors discussed earlier.

I have more inputs, pero medyo mahaba na to...maybe next time. I'd rather stop at 7.

    Good luck!! Peace to all!

Nice inputs Master_G... hopefully your expert opinions will enlighten those who are still confused with MLM business... morning!

  5. ano ba bagong MLM ngaun?

yung affordable yung joining fee?

Hi there, we are currently involved with LLII (http://www.lifestyleandleisureinternational.com/). This is a relatively new MLM company and we're presently building the group. This is a totally new concept in MLM since our products are time shares (vacation packages) and properties.

If you can own a time share (good for 20yrs) or a piece of property with your "joining fee", now that's affordable isn't it? Check out our website bro. Thanks!

  6. Sun... unlimited text and calls Sun to Sun... kaya we all got Sun cell in our family, para kang may landline na mobile... wehehehe

I got a plan 350 all inclusive (unlimited sun to sun + 350 free text messages to other networks), got a free fone too... ayuusshhh di ba? kahit "unlimited" tries din to make a call :grr:

Value for money... I go for Sun... although I still maintain my Smart line as back up

  7. Hi guys... I'm currently involved with a new MLM... Products are vacation plan "time-shares"... and what's good is that you can own a time share of your choice without having to pay for it... we're presently building up the group and this is relatively new... check it out

    http://www.lifestyleandleisureinternational.com/

Let me know if the concept interests you; I'll gladly explain the marketing plan in detail... Peace!

  8. Clothes: nothing in particular as long as it fits and it's comfy... normally go for shirts and short sleeve polos...

Pants: Jeans - Benneton, CK, Banana Republic, Gap, Marlboro Classics... Slacks - Bench

Shoes: DM's and Nike... nothing else...
