    MANAGERS

    - Graduates of accounting finance or any business related courses.

    - Experience in operations involving the following industries: manufacturing, food service, customer service, call center or BPO. We are also looking for Managers with accounting and finance, credit and collection, vendor management, and call center management background. Managers familiar with the development and maintenance of service level agreements are preferred. Consulting experience is also a plus.

    - Areas of capability:

     Competent Communication skills, both verbal and written

    Good organizational skills

    Client Management skills

    Flexibility to work night shift and overtime or swing shift

    Experience in Management reporting and managing measured team productivity

    Strong Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

    Minimum total experience of 5 years, at least 2 years of which was in a managerial capacity and directly leading a group/department of at least 5 people

    Project management skills

     

    SPECIALISTS

    - Graduates of accounting finance or any business related courses.

    - Candidates with 3 to 5 years total experience, either in call center or customer service. We are also considering those with operations, accounting and finance, credit and collections background.

    - Supervised at least 5 to 20 individuals.

    - Areas of capability:

    Competent Communication skills both verbal and written

     Good Analytical skills

    Good Problem Solving skills

    Attention to details

    Has Service Level Agreement experience

    Competent in using all technical methods of communication

    Good organizational skills

     

    CORE MOB SR. TEAM LEAD

    - College graduate with at least 6 years work experience 3 years of which as a Supervisor.

    - Has experience handling a team of 3 personnel.

    - Strong leadership and analytical skills.

    - Should have at least 2 years experience leading a team in a big project, requiring coordination with different groups within the organization.

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    - Client Management or customer service experience is required.

     

    CORE MOB TEAM LEAD

    - College graduate with at least 6 years work experience 3 years of which as a Supervisor.

    - Has experience handling a team of 3 personnel.

    - Strong leadership and analytical skills.

    - Should have at least 1 year experience leading a team in a big project, requiring coordination with different groups within the organization.

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    - College graduate with at least 6 years work experience 3 years of which as a Supervisor.

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    - With Six-Sigma experience.

     

    MOBILIZATION MANAGER

    - College graduate with al least 10 years experience, 2 years of which as a manager.

    - Has experience handling a project of a pyramid with at least 5 people.

    - Experience in dealing with Senior clients is required

     

    CSM BENCH MANAGER

    - Graduate of Accounting or any Business related course.

    - 10 years total work experience; 2-3 years experience as a Manager.

    - Able to manage at least 10-20 people.

    - With Operations, Accounting and Finance Background.

     

    CSM BENCH SPECIALIST

    - Graduate of Accounting or any Business related course.

    - 3-6 years experience in Accounting or Finance; 1-5 yrs experience in AR, Collection, AP, Gen Accounting.

    - Should have at least 2 years experience leading a team in a big project.

     

    AFS MOBILIZATION TEAM LEAD

    - Accounting Background/Application of Finance

    - Process Design

    - Process Re-engineering

    - Project Management/Implementation

    - Training Background (preparation of training materials)

    - Good Communication Skills

    - Graduates of Business Admin, Economics and/or Accounting courses
