Usual Suspect

Hi there!!! I need help looking for a new job... I've been with convergys for almost 2 years now and I would like to try another company... I love the callcenter scene but after almost 2 years, I am still an agent... (has to do with the account being saturated, old and of course company politics)

Does anybody know where can I apply as something other than an agent... If posible I would like to be a Trainer for a technical account. When I think about it, it feels like all the expericence and knowledge i gained would just go to waste if i end up as a sales agent. So if posible i really would like to be a trainer since i can trouble shoot dial-up, DSL, routers, and even wireless connections and many more.

PC gaming sa akin, i have a PC and PS2 and i find myself spending more time with the PC, para kasing nalulumaan na ako sa graphics ng PS2 at mahilig me sa FPS, something na mahirap laruin sa console

i own one, its ok nmn.. i love how it looks, i still can get over it khit ilang months na cya sa akin. so far d pa cya nag hang.. the LCD is great and people love the pics that it takes.

PROs:

LCD, is great

2 mp cam is great as well

Looks, a big plus but again its a bit thicker than the original razor

3g phone, it said to be one of the cheapest 3g phones that performs well

CONs:

software, it hasnt hanged up on me, the problem is that it lacks key software like a notepad, finding installable softaware can be difficult kasi it doesnt take *.sis files like nokia phones do, it uses *.jad and *.jar files.

battery, some say the battery life sucks but i dont use it often and i know how to take care of lithium ion batteries so ok cya for now and there are some settings that you can change so that it doesnt automaticallysearch for 3g networks.

  :cool:  Anybody here  who have any idea kung san call center na pwede lumipat? basta within makati or ortigas... basta mas mataas sa nakukuha ko na 17.5K... message me pls... ayaw ko na d2 sa convergys.... :cry:
