do you sell CLEAR REPLACEMENT LENSES for FLAK JACKET?

HDD and RAM are upgradable in all laptops. you just have to make sure you get the right type.. EIDE or SATA for your HDD; DDR or DDR2 for your RAM.

Thug... I do have a desk top pc at home.. but I can't let go of my laptop due to mobility reason (as mentioned by L3v3l).. Laptop has certain advantages for people like me.

 

Anyway, someone mentioned that HDD & RAM is upgradeable.. As I mentioned, this is my 4th laptop and was wondering if really can 'coz I'm having a hard time looking for upgrade parts..

 

Anyway for those who can help.. my current laptop is HP

if you are using windows xp, no need to install drivers for you to use your k750i as a usb drive. just plug it in, and xp will recognize it.

the size of memory depends on your usage. i have 1gb mem stick, and i barely use half of it. even if i fill it up with mp3s, videos, etc, i doubt if the battery can last long enough for me to listen/view everything.

does sandisk also make mem stick? i thought mem stick is proprietary to sony.

first of all, it can be used as a usb drive but if you connect it to a PC with the data cable, you must first install the phone's drivers on the PC. but sharing files via bluetooth or infrared is no problem and very straightforward.

 

re the memory stick, even 256MB is not nearly enough especially if you plan to use it as a music player. personally, i think 1GB is the bare minimum. the max available right now is 4GB but not that easy to find locally. 2GB sticks are pretty widespread but beware that many if not most of the sony high speed memory sticks for sale are fakes and many fail after a short period. you're much safer buying sandisk. it's cheaper and both sony and sandisk come out of the same factory. but the sony branding makes it more expensive.

if you want to go into photography, don't even think you can do that with ANY cellcam, no matter how many MPs they are.

my criterias actually are....

 

1. MP camera (since i want to try photography, i dont want to buy a digicam though, hassle eh, i've tried k750 before i love its 2MP camera, it works just fine for me whenever i need an on the spot image for use on my work...hehehe em a graphic artist.....if im glad to have tried the 2mp what more if its 3.2, ryt?)

 

2. MP3s.......the best sounds they can offer (that's why em reluctant to be on k800 and k790s side because it dont have megaBass)

 

3. 3G....uhm don't rilly need it (mahirap na madaling mahuli jan eh heheheeheheh)

 

4. price......(k750 is far more cheaper than the two.....but i dont really know how much k790 and k800 cost)

 

anyway, i just want to unload my misery.......thanks.......

i dont know about the surface flaking off, since i found the k750i too small and slippery for my big hands, i put a condom/rubber housing on it. feels so much better, and very grippy too.

yeah, i would wait for the prices to come down. unless you really MUST have 3G and 3mp phone and you'll die without them.

my CDA is for APAC..

if its a CID49 phone.. you cant hack it..(no tools available)

but for CID36 phones.. theres FAR Manager with SEPP plugin..

you can convert it to a w800 if you like..

i have a cid 36 brown phone. been playing around with far manager, changed the fonts on my k750i. been reading about flashing with w800i firmware, but its just too much hassle for me, or too complicated. don't want to fry my phone.

you won't regret going with HP. they have good warranty service here in manila. they replaced the entire system board on my dv1000 no questions asked.

i tried to update my firmware using Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS), but it told me that my R1N035 is the latest version. how do you update firmware?

anybody here into hacking the k750i?

a reg chair..maybe..  but see the back portion, ung vertical part?  that swings down to a horizontal position.  tapos may handle on both sides..  and the chair has feet on every sides, so pwede mo syang tagilid, taob, etc..  hirap explain e, i'll show you na lang kaya.. hehehe

bro, tv sa white beach has only a handful of channels, and the tv is very small, at least when i was there 2 years ago. hindi ko lang alam ngayon. baka na improve na nila ung place.

I guess I'm decided na sa white beach.  Need help naman sa mga may alam, I have shortlisted na yung mga resorts but I don't know kung saan dito yung mga ok and sulit naman.

bro try mo lang.. i've tried it and it worked for me sa whitebeach, and other hotels.. when you check in, say you're from a big company, like san miguel corp, coke, or smart, whatever, and ask them if they have corporate rate for that company. if they ask for ID, just tell them you forgot it in your company car. usually they won't make a fuss, and take your word for it. when i did this, i got the room for P800 only! hehehe but that was during off-peak season.

the first time i went there, we were offered a room which is worth 2,500, the guy said ok but i declined..

namfootah... "you will not spend 2.5K for a room here, beside we will not stay here for a day, sayang" i told the guy...

 

sabi ko sa attendant.... wala bang mas mababa... they offered the 1,250 rooms (may jacuzzi din daw pero smaller room)  i said other than that?

 

ayun binigay ung attic room 950.00 same almost pareho sa mini-suite (1,250 rooms) pero mas maigsi ung time

well, unfortunately, not all girl as practical as you. or most just don't care, since they won't be paying for the room anyway. however, when i'm already close with the girl, as in matagal ko na syang nkakasama, then i would be at ease to be practical around her, as opposed to being a show-off, kahit na hindi kaya ng bulsa hehehe

pero what you did was cool! i'm sure close na din kayo nung guy, kaya mo nagawang mki pag bargain sa harap nya..

Which would you recommend WHITE BEACH RESORTS or SABANG RESORTS?  In terms of Beach, view, and crowd?  Pati na din nightlife... How far are these two from each other?  Planning my first trip there with my special someone eh... Any ideas will be appreciated... :cool:

white beach is for wholesome time, while sabang is a red-light district. dami mga bars and foreigners. of course mga pang foreigner din ang beauty ng mga chicks dun. you can check in at white beach and then just go to sabang if you want some night life. malapit lang naman un, pwede tricycle or jeep yata. as for the beach, mas malinis sa white beach. mas madami kasing mga boats nka park sa sabang beach e, plus mas mahaba ang beach sa white beach.
