Just a comment on Huat Pot Shabu Shabu Buffet (the link), the beef and lamb were tough...one of my friends even asked the waiter half-jokingly "matandang kalabaw ba 'to?", it was that tough...may have been better if they sliced it thinner...didn't try the chicken or pork so no comment there. There were different kinds veggies, balls, laman-loob, shrimp, mushrooms and only 1 cooked food, lutong bahay na Chinese food and rice. The highlight of the dessert was the unlimited Magnum ice cream bars, there's also taho w/ different arnival (sweetener, tama ba spelling?) and fruits, the mango was very sweet and just ripe.

 

tip, get 10% off by getting a flyer from Serinitea at nearby Jose Abad Santos St., probably same owner. Also, make a reservation, sometimes they're full.

 

overall, not worth the price. the selection was too limited.

How much is food club? What cuisine do they serve?

Kamameshi house at zobel roxas ave. there are only a few branches left since they control the franchise, they don't want their food to deteriorate just because they opened a lot of branches.. I think there are only 2 left in the Philippines and the other one is in California... People who eat here always comeback. I've been eating there since I was a kid and food has not changed at all

Tried out their buffet last night their Peking Duck is good, lots of choices in their Japanese section, dessert section lots of choices, my only complain is their lack of soup bowls in the buffet area and their limited quantity of shrimp tempura served.
