Good morning. Need some advise on how to resolve this family issue about land ownership. My grandparents are separated (not legal) and not in good terms. The land title is under my grandfather's name.

To settle the issue, My grandpa wants to split the land in half and give ownership to his eldest daughter, but my grandma doesn't agree and wants 100% of the land and subdivide it equally to her 4 children.

What's the best legal action to resolve this issue?

unfortunately, if i remember it correctly, the vast majority of hernias are congenital in nature and many just develop after some years. in your son's case, it could be that a weakness in the abdominal wall was already present earlier and the pressure caused by his bout of constipation brought about the hernia.

 

that said, medicard is infamous for it's exclusion clauses.

Our son's Pedia says that he doesn't have Hernia before. But there's really no way to tell if it's congenital or not, right? The assumption was congenital but that can't be proven coz he's already 2 years old when the hernia got discovered.

Should I get a 2nd opinion from another doctor and present the diagnosis to Medicard?

My son was diagnosed with Hernia. Our company health card (Medicard) said that congenital disorders like "indirect hernia" is an exclusion. However, I look at our policy handbook and it says that "Herniorraphy", which is the procedure for Hernia, is covered up to maximum benefit limit and that "neonatal hernia" is an exclusion.

I believe that my son's case is not congenital and not neonatal because he's already 2 1/2 years old and we discovered his hernia 2 days after he suffered from 2 weeks constipation and we have a medical proof that he suffered from constipation.

Is this case can't be covered by Medicard? They're saying that it can't be covered if it's indirect/congenital, but I researched online and it says that it's hard to tell if an hernia is indirect or direct.

Thanks a lot Wizard23 and Triathlete! Isn't that you have to Patent your business name and logo when putting up a business? Or business registration with DTI will do? If business registration is the only thing needed to have an legal name and logo, how should I go about that?

Patent? I know business registration is done w the DTI. Not sure if you can patent your business name and logo.

the right office is intellectual property office (IPO) located in buendia. i google mo na lang or you may look it up in gov.ph website. hope this helps.

Oo nga ano? Sayang si Villoria, saka si Menta point guard naman talaga laro nun way back sa Iloilo Megavoltz. Pero magaling din naman si Lopez alanganin lang nga siyang point guard, pero yun talaga laro niya. Si Kiko is a gud backup for Dondon, kaso nawawalan ng playing time si Mente. Pero nakaw talaga yung pagkakakuha nila kay Kiko, tanga lang talaga Sta. Lucia management. Well, gud for Kiko kasi nagagamit na siya di tulad sa Stalu na nababangko lang siya.

Yah, it really works.. Coz you're doing a full ab motion. So just one smooth motion lang targeted na lahat ng ab muscles, all you have to do is to do side crunches.

If you really want to have firm abs limit fat and carbo intake. You can eat every 2 hours basta small amount lang, or everytime you feel hungry. Oatmeal in the morning is enough carbo for a day, green vegy sour fruits (limit all sweets kahit fruits pa yan) and lots of protein.

Bawal kumain 2 hours before you sleep, so kung 10 ka matutulog kahit 8 pwede pa kumain, basta remember, no carbs, fat and sweets, you'll only take carbs early in the morning.

I don't have a 6 pack abs but I have a lean body, parang kay Jerry Yan ng meteor garden, o diba? ASTIG!

Tagal ko na hindi nakareply dito ah, sana nga manalo SMB. Hanggang finals lang contract ni Kiko, after finals wala na siya, depende na lang kung maextend. Pero good addition nga siya lalo na sa defensive end specially against Miller sa finals.
