in a sauce pan our the olive oil or butter just enough to cook the onions. saute the onions & cook until translucent before adding the mushrooms. add the campbell's soup & cook until it looks liquid enough. add drippings & half a can of water & mix until all ingredients are absorbed by gravy. simmer for 2 mins. adjust saltiness by adding soy sauce.
enjoy. :goatee:
I wanna thank you for this recipe. Iba pa rin talaga pag lutong-bahay kasi you have control over your ingredients and you can play around with the recipe. I just wanna suggest na since you're also using the drippings of your meat, mas maganda na kung saan mo niluto yung meat mo dun mo na rin iluto yung gravy mo. This is what you call deglazing so you can pick up the flavor of all that's in the pan. Natutunan ko yan sa Food Network. As for the celery salt, if you really wanna put it pero wala kang mahanap just use fresh celery then salt. Just make sure that you chop them really fine. It's always better to use fresh herbs anyway than the dried ones. Siguro naman accessible na ang celery dyan.

nothing eally special. it's just the name and galing amerika kaya pinagkakaguluhan. alam nyo naman tayong mga pinoy - gusto lagi imported. at pag nagpupunta ka dun sasabihin nila sosyal ka. wala na ngang pera ang pilipinas, nakakapag-kape pa ng isang daan ang presyo. hayyyyy!

there's another soda called "shasta". these are sold mostly in the dollar stores and costco. it taste like the regular sodas that we usually have pero mas mura.

there's a western style steak house in the city of orange in orange county. i forgot the exact name but it has lone star something yata. they have this 21oz. steak na super juicy and tender. i like it medium. nakakabusog kahit yun lang kainin mo ... 21oz. ba naman. presyo nya nga lang $30 hehehe. i know, feeling left out ako kasi hindi nyo naman alam ang pinagsasabi ko. just sharing my thoughts though.

seafood alfredo straight from my kitchen hehehe ... as much as possible gusto ko ako ang magluluto ng pasta dish ko para mailagay ko kung anong ingredients ang gusto ko saka maco-control ko ang lasa.
if it's a tomato-based sauce, i don't really care if it's sweet or sour ... depende na yun sa mood ko.

I haven't tried sisig anywhere else but at Denny's and so far nasarapan naman ako. Teka tama ba spelling ko ng Denny's o eto yung Denny's na diner dito sa States? Paki-correct na lang kung mali.
Hahaha! See, I was really thinking of the diner here called Denny's. What I meant to say was Dencio's. Sorry! :boo:
