  4. This! Indeed... the Eraserheads have been an music icon & pillar in Filipino culture. One song that stands out is: "With A Smile" (from the album "Circus) This song peels back the bad, sad, hurful, & good memories of back when I was finding my identity as a young adult.

  7. If anyone here remembers that show from MTV's Boiling Point?! Can't recall that MTV segment though... What are the things that trigger you from reaching it? What triggers me? Stupid people who think they know better How do you cope and express it when it all comes down to that?! I usually throw something at someone.... nah; just kidding. A good walk with music from Blink182 blaring in my ears usually calms me down really quick.

  11. Indeed. Let's break it down further: Eat well Switching to Plant-based nutrition is found to do wonders to the human body. Move well Doing regular exercise; even as simple as walking..does wonders for the body & mind. Sleep well A good 8-hours of restful sleep does miracles for the body.
