  1. I apologize if I again disappeared....

I just want to be alone for a while...

So many things have happened that I haven't talked to you about...

...and it has taken its toll on me...

And nobody but myself can correct all the wrongs that has continually tarnished my life...

I need to be gone...until when...I'm not sure....

    I know you'll understand...

  2. What kind of hair loss? Have you been sick lately?

Sometimes hair loss is caused by a recent illness or too much stress...These are the kinds of temporary hair loss...

MPHL or male pattern hair loss is irreversible as this is purely hereditary and genetic...

Try using Propecia ( Finasteride )...its the only drug proven to counter MPHL...I've used it and so far has been successful in controlling my MPHL...a box costs around 1.8K good for 28 days...

    HTH!

  3. what kind of guitars do you have? I am currently using a Suzuki SSG3 Steel String with D'Addario Strings and A Peavey Raptor with a KORG AX10G effects.

Been playing for almost 30 years...started when I was 7...would have wanted to play the piano but my parents couldn't afford to buy one, so they bought me a lumanog guitar instead.

Been out of the live bands scene since december, 2002, due to work schedule...:(

Anyway, have played with several guitars already. Here's the sequence:

first: Fender Strat ( Japan ) with Floyd Rose II tremolo

    BOSS ME5 multi-effects

Last: Godin Radiator with Fender Bullet strings, Zoom GFX 707

Started out playing with a metal band way back '89 and retired from the scene almost 3 years ago. Jessss, I missed the band life...:(

  4. I agree with what was posted by Storm, however, I would like to think that most women possess all the qualities that has been elaborated, only that these are equally distributed in each. There may be women who exude a certain exaggeration of one, or even two, of the above qualities, but more often than not, these women are the exemptions rather than the rule.

There was someone who posted that we'd rather look at the good part, I agree with this also. When someone is in love, only the good things are seen, and even the bad qualities are often construed as an advantage. Take this for example:

Woman: "I always do this and have have done that. Been there and did this, resulting to a wonderful bottomline!"

Merely reading the above will give you an idea that she is a Miss Me? woman.

But let's take a look at how she's seen by her BF who loves her so much.

BF : " My GF works really hard and I'm damn proud of her!"

My point is, love changes the way we look at someone, and I guess most of us has experienced this. Storm has posted a good article about women, but it'll be good up to a certain extent. In the end, I guess everything boils down to how much we are attracted to someone, that not even her/ his poor qualities will change the way we love her.

    My 2 cents! :)

  5. HI G,

There are things better left unsaid, and there are feelings better left unexpressed. The past few days have been hellish and the flames of an unextinguished fire have been leaving 3rd degree burns inside me...

But I'm back now...healed...and will stay for good. :)

    Just me,

    R

  6. Dude, walang album na 'Aces High' ang title ang Maiden. They do have a song titled 'Aces High', and it can be found on the "Powerslave" album, baka yun ang tinutukoy mo. You can check out Tower records in Glorietta and Music One in Greenbelt as they occasionally stock those titles.

Yung sa Helloween naman, punta ka sa Disc-Xchange sa Connecticut st, near Greenhills. May nakita akong kopya nun dun several months ago, baka andun pa.

np: STRAPPING YOUNG LAD - Love

Bro, Thanks. Yeah, its "Powerslave", not "Aces High". Thanks for the correction. I kinda forgot the name of the album so I thought it best to just write one of the popular songs included in it.

Will check out Tower records and Disc-Xchange.

    Thanks again!

  7. Guys, help me out naman...

I've been looking for Iron Maiden's "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son" and "Aces High" cd, wala ako makita. Also looking for Helloween's "Keeper of the seven keys" CD. You might have seen these CDs somewhere, pls let me know where that is. Thanks a lot!

    Cheers! and keep on Headbanging!!!

  8. I just found this thread...and F**K!!! I should have seen this earlier!

Metalhead here bros...Have been shredding the fretboards since '89...was an original member of Dahong Palay though some rifts with the other members caused my total discredit from the group...

True blue fanatic of Iron Maiden, Man O'War, Black Sabbath, Yngwie Malmsteem, Anthrax, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer...also digs AC/DC, POD, Mudvayne, Rage against the Machine and the likes...

    Keep the metal flame alive!!!

  9. I've seen this kind of a partnership a lot of times already, including with my friends...

I guess some women don't go for mere looks probably because they are afraid that handsome men could carry on another relationship outside theirs, at least with ugly men they are more secure... :)

Some men are gifted with intellect and not looks, and this probably is their tool in ending up with pretty ladies. I know of a guy who we really can consider ugly and has a model-looking lass for a fiancee. All of us were amazed at how beautiful his fiancee was when he has a face only a mother could love. Then, we got invited to attend a convention where he was one of the speakers...and damn! The man just blew the whole convention center when he started his talk! Everybody was so damned focus on what he was presenting and he delivered the whole speech in flawless, sensible english...he is now the regional supply chain director of a really big multinational consumer goods company and has responsibility over 11 countries...

Looks would probably be a big factor during initial attractions, but when conversation starts, its that thing between your ears, covered by your skull and hair, that matters most...

    My 2 cents...;)

  10. This is an excerpt from my journal entry entitled "The Sea, The Sand and the One you Love"...

"... Love is what we make it...it can be painful at times but you should not dwell on this, dwell on the joy you feel more... Sadness are joys that we were not able to explore, not able cherish, not able to express...We shed tears of love, tears of joy and tears of sadness...let it fall...as letting it fall makes us capable of feeling it more...feeling it more makes us understand what it is for..."

Read more of the article from my online journal.

    Thanks!
