  1. If you think John and Yoko is good, you're deprived :). Go to little Tokyo near Makati Cinema Square and look for Seryna. Fresh sushi and authetic Japanese Chef. All I can say is iba siya to your typical Japanese Restaurant.

In topic naman, Felix is good but service wasn't that great. Sayang! On a Friday night they were removing our plates really fast. Didn't leave a tip sa inis.

  2. Men are genetically programmed to be more physically incliened. Kaya may wandering eye ung mga lalaki. So girls we can't really help ourselves. Nature designed us to be this way.

Girls on the other hand have are more complex when they decide. Security, companionship, etc all come into to play when picking their mates.

  3. This is my cardio routine... I start off with a walk( mga 5.5-6) for about 5 min. I then move to 7.5 for the next five, I am jogging by now. Then I go to 8, 8.5,9 every 5 min. I've been running fr 20 min straight. On about the 23 min, I sprint for 2 min. Then go back to the jog or brisk walking. Then I increase the speed again .

I usually spen 45min to an hour, but I don't lift weights na after. I am too tired. I usually end up running 8km

  4. I just got a casio exilim z750 for 19.5k. It has good reviews from www.dpreview.com and www.kenrockwell.com

It's one of this small and compact cameras. It has 7.2MP and it's damn easy to use. One thing that made me choose this from the ixus line is the manual settings. This has a manual mode so I can progress and learn photoraphy.

  5. I have a moro card. I used to work out there when I was still studying but it's not really advisable since it gets crowded especially during dismissal time, which is about 4pm. They have weights, cardio machines and classes, but the place is kinda small compared to FF. Only students, faculty/staff and alumini can use the gym in moro. If you're an alumni you need to have the alumni card, which cost P500/year or P2000/lifetime. Hope this helps

  6. There are actually a lot of organic products in the market now. They come in meat, vegetables and dairy products. According to people who grow organic products may difference daw talaga since the normal methods uses harmful products like insecticides, perservatives and the like, which lead to sicknesses later on. But it is pretty much more expensive, but if you can afford it why not buy it.

I've seen organic sellers in Market Market, others deliver pa if you want

  7. I just came from boracay. Seems like everyone from manila is flocking to boracay. I have some friends who'll be there for two weeks or so.

I always stay in Crystal Sand. It's in station 1 and very near D'Mall. I like it because it's near bars like aria and hey jude. But it's far from the nosiy places like pier 1 and cocomangas. I might not be able to sleep na if I live near those establishments. They close at 6 am everyday.

During weekdays Cocomangas seems ok if you want to dance. Not the most contemporary songs, but what the heck. Weekends, dumadami yjng tao and the events start to happen. I was in bora for the hed kandi party.

As of now, puro atenista ang nasa boracay, we're the only one yata having our vaation now. UP and DLSU have classes pa...
