I'd just ask for a room @ the counter and just text the lady your number.

Then notify the desk your waiting for a guest.

Once your lady friend tells them which room shes a guest at they will escort her to your room.

 

You can both also check in together.

What is the best way to book a room and take a lady upto the room at Sogo? I am planning a 3hr session at Sogo, Makati but don't know the local process and don't speak tagalog. Should I book myself then bring the lady up or is it ok to go together to the reception and book together? Also how much for 3 hrs? or is it fixed for 12 hrs? Appreciate any help!
