  1. My suggestion is to try first your own bank where you maintain accounts. They know you and will be more accommodating to make more income from you if they give you a loan.

Of course, nothing will stop you from going to any bank but consider the following realities:

    1. For many big banks like Metrobank, BPI, BDO, EPCIB, RCBC, a P4-5 Million loan is something for a branch to give. Not a head office type of account UNLESS that loan can qualify as an SME or AGRI/AGRA loan, in which case, any bank will try their damned best to accommodate that loan.

    2. If the bank you choose doesn't know you, be prepared to comply with a lot of documentation about yourself (as required by the Anti Money Laundering Council) and to cough up some collateral, like another bank deposit of more than what you are borrowing (the best!) or real estate or chattel.

    3. Go to a government bank? That only leaves you Land Bank or DBP and I'm not even sure if DBP gives non-developmental loans. So Land Bank it is. Like big banks, be prepared for documentation and waiting hassles.

    4. It might be better to get a Usance Letter of Credit to purchase the machineries. Ask your branch of choice how to go about this. They might give you an LC on a margin deposit.

    Good Luck!

Thank you sir for the help. Appreciate it a lot!

  2. Hi. Does anyone know where I can get a loan to purchase new machineries from Europe worth about P4M to P5M? Yun low rate lang mga 10% to 12% p.a. Sabi kasi ng friend ko meron daw sa Metrobank mga 12% p.a., pero I don't know who to talk to. Meron ba din kaya government loan para dito, since parang investment ito for the Philippines, and will add more jobs. Alam ko government loan mas mababang interest. If so, saan kaya ako pwede maghanap o magtanong? Thanks in advance!

  3. Yeah but its the most pirated brand fyi.

People would not look at your watch at close range, and not all are familiar with the original and not only your grandpa maybe. I think its better if carry the receipt, the box and the warranty card in case others want to find out. lolz

 hahaha. dapat nga dala lagi yun box at card para alam lahat ng tao totoo rolex mo. haha. actually, i had a fake replica once (but it got stolen in my gym locker... buti na lang fake!). at a party once, a friend noticed and complimented my new rolex watch. i told her straight away that it was fake. none believed me and her boyfriend, who claims to be a rolex connoisseur, offered to check it and settle once and for all of it is a fake. well, he said it was most probably real. so, the whole time at the party, people were wondering if i had won the lottery, robbed a bag, or maybe got a hold of a sugarmommy of some sort. my point... not that easy anymore to spot a replica, especially now when pirates get better and better at their trade.

  5. Smart customer service is the worst of the three, although they have the most coverage and arguably the best value-added services. Sun is the cheapest, but the most unreliable. Globe for me is the best of the three. Great customer service, good v.a.s., and very reliable. Globe forever... especially if they give me a new phone.

  6. Got live in a townhouse when I was young, then transferred to a condominium, then to a house, then to a condominium again, then back to a house, then a condominium, then now I'm currently staying in a house (temporarily). Never owned any of them, just rented or lived with friends/relatives.

House, contrary to common belief, has lower maintenance than a condominium unit. If you own a condominium, you have to pay monthly dues and some annual fees like fire insurance, etc. If you have a small or medium-sized house, maintenance is kept to a minimum. In a condominium, you are dependent on elevators (especially if you live on the fourth floor upwards). Some condominiums don't have enough elevators to properly service the whole population of the building (especially if one or more elevators break down) so forgetting something in your car would sometimes be a lengthy undertaking. Although generally, security is much better in a condominium, living in a subdivision also provides some security (especially for houses in exclusive subdivisions like Corinthian Gardens or Forbes Park). But if I were to buy a place for my family, I would get a condominium with a low population like the Alexandra Condominium. That is, if I win the lottery.

  7. The last time we ate at saisaki (alabang) I got a terrible stomachache with matching LBM...That's the last time I'll eat there

i vowed never to eat in saisaki again after a friend warned me of their unsanitary kitchen and unfresh food. but a cousin treated me there last week. both of us, plus a friend, had lbm that night. never again.

  8. was just there a while ago. took us almost 2 hours to get in. worth the wait though. heard from the people there that there were around a thouand people in line before it even openned. yup, max's owns it. the gokongwei group was supposed to bring it in last year but they opted to make their local version, i.e. fruit loops.

anyways, the very first customer at the fort would get a year supply of donuts (1 box a week). bet someone camped out there last night.

  9. ya, mydestiny sucks. even their cable sucks. reception is not that good and they don't have star world and espn star. sucks so bad but i got to live with it coz it's the only cable company available in my place.

my brother has bayantel dsl in his place and it's fast and reliable. they'll fix any problems within 24hours or they'll refund you P500 for every day your internet is down. i also heard that pldt is good plus their rate is the most competitive in the market today.
