Pwede. Basta you can attain 80% of your maximum heart rate for at least 15 minutes. Try mo kaya measure heart rate mo while doing sex. And of course make sure tatagal ka ng at least 15 minutes. :upside: :upside: :upside:

Regular Exercise and Diet pa rin ang best bet to reduce cholesterol. Yuin nga lang pag sobrang taas na, no choice na cguro but to take medication na.

I keep fit by playing Soccer, Basketabll and Practical Shooting. Lately, i've been working out sa gym.

Never heard of any 24 hour Gym so far, but I came to know of Super Sharp Fitness Center sa me Roxas Blvd across Coastal Mall, open up to 11:30 pm on weekdays, 7:30 pm Sat and Sun. Excellent facilities, very spacious and great work out ambience.

bc, i doubt if it was really caused by these balls. as far as i know, growth is really hereditary or is affected by the hormones secreted by the pituitary glands.

As I see it, it's not only about heredity all d time. I'm incline to believe combination of heredity and environment yan. Sometimes hindi nai-express ang full genetic potential natin not unless nandoon yung proper environment to induce the full expression of any particular hereditary trait. Food we take is part of the environment we subject ourselves to. Exercise or physical inducement is another. Some will work for others but not always for everybody. My 2cents worth of thought lang po.

Yeah, it's really all in the mind. I've known an old pal from the US who was able to stop smoking through hypnosis. He had a cousin who was studying hypnotism. Pinagpraktisan daw sya for a couple of weeks. And he never smoked ever since. That was 25 years ago. 59 yo na sya ngayon.

Hanggang 160 lang kinaya ng auto ko once sa skyway. Not much difference. Exhilarating cguro kung mga 200.
