  1. There are a lot of things that I don't like... but I tolerate them because it can't be helped, sometimes. I say this because that's just how things are.

I don't mind crab mentality, I usually just outmaneuver these pot shooters, haha. I mean if they go crabby on me, then that's on them. I just need to solidify some form of defense against them. Like, powering through whatever they have against me to a point that they can't complain about anything-- rising to occasions, etc. Then comes the so called "Filipino Time", I'm not fond of it but ganun talaga si Juan e, most people are guilty of this and sometimes, I am too unfortunately.

There are others of course but it'd be a loooong list.

What I don't tolerate though is the fact about how a lot of us are into borrowing money and not have the decency to pay it back. Often times these people are very antagonistic pa, claiming that they are the victim. This alone brings me to how the saying goes, "There is no honor among thieves".

  2. I only have one account and it's a personal one. I think it's a hassle to have two accounts for something like that.

But I do have 3 email addresses.

One for personal use where I keep my personal contacts, another for business, and the last one is for my hobbies and subscriptions.

  3. I'd retire to any place that has a stable high speed internet connection available. This keeps my social life intact, and my needs met.

... By needs, I meant that I could keep doing some form of light freelance work going even during retirement. Hahaha

  4. Why not have both in the end? It's doable. But I guess you'll need to think of which one to go after as a priority..

If you're planning to have a family of your own and are thinking of their future, a house and lot is a better option (in my humble opinion). This is because a family living in a condominium are usually closed off to other families; this affects the psychological aspect on your family's social aptitude... though because a lot of families can make it work. Maybe you can too. As for the conveniences the condominiums have, it might not be such a good idea to shower your kids with that much convenience at the onset of their early life, it spoils them in a way, and also shields them from the realities of the world.

    But you know what?

I say all of that but I prefer a condominium. Hahaha, the HIPPOcrisy of this guy.
