I've been using a DV1030 (customized DV1000) HP laptop for 4 years now. Pentium 4 processor, only 512MB with 60G HD with expansion base capable of 160G HD space. Screen is widescreen and protected by plexiglass. May remote pa kasi it doubles as a video player even when the computer is off. Very satisfied with it.

I'm a former user of Sony Cybershot and Canon digital cams. I changed to Nikon and will stick to it.

Currently use a Nikon D80 SLR for pro shots and Nikon Coolpix S200 for point and shoot situation.

Totally agree with you bro. Cannon and Sony are just selling the Carl Zeiss lens.. I still like the Nikor

Lens plus the functionality of not so well publicized camera functions but its included in the package.

Na Launch na ang 3G iPhone sa US at UK. Don't know but in a month or two mayroon na rin dito nun. May iPhone nabili kasama ko sa greenhills.. cracked nga lang. Kailangan talaga pala na may computer ka kc once na sync mo at wala sa pc, deleted din sa iPhone u.

If you have the money to burn... then get the most expensive one you could get. Seriously, if you're just taking photos just for the heck of it and not thinking of earning from your photos just stick with what you have. Concentrate more on getting good shots rather then thinking of what you should buy just because you thought that you're being left behind

I agree. A camera with 2MP can be printed up to 4R, 5MP up to 8R.. I'm using just a 5.1MP camera Coolpix (instamatic) camera and have been satisfied with its performance. Not to mention the videos are ok also. Looking forward to upgrading to the 12.1MP Nikon Coolpix because it has already provisions for wide angle and telezoom.

I'm a smart buddy user and usually on roaming service because I frequently travel abroad. Whenever I'm in the PHI, I'll reload my SIM. After 24hrs, the money that I've just loaded is gone!!? Also, I didn't subscribe to those f*ckn downloads. I made several requests to turn them off but still I receive them. Also, try to re-load anywhere near Centennial 2 airport. You'll find out that the network is always busy

Technology changes very fast and if you'll buy the latest one, i think you'll have a run for your money. buy what you need but be sure to consider the basics, ie.: features, battery life, memory storage and capacity, accesibility of data and of course, the price

Legal advise please.

I know we don't have a divorce law in the PHI. but there is annulment. I'd just like to clarify a few things.

PROBLEM:

1. A man had sex with a 17year old girl while she is intoxicated and didn't know what she is doing. would this count as statutory rape? In the morning that she woke-up, she was brought to the Baranggay to sign a paper that she was not forced but she didn't sign.

2. She married the guy with due compliance with her parents' wishes. She stayed with the guy for 6 years but it was a shaky marriage. They'd always fight and she's most of the time with her parents. One time, the guy ran away with her kid without informing the mother (he left him in the bus station and didn't say where they were going).

3. She went packing without saying any word to her husband and went abroad to work. She hasn't comeback to the Phi for 4 years. There is seldom communication mostly just to say hi to her kid and fight with her husband on the phone. The guy is not a good provider.

MY ASSUMPTIONS (But still unsure)

1. any harm brought about by statutory rape was cured by the marriage.

2. the married couple eligible for annulment should not exceed 5years living together.

3. Guy is not a good provider- a ground for annulment.

4. Compliance to parents' wishes (forcibly marrying their daughter)- a ground for annulment.

QUESTION

1. Could the case be won?

2. Where does she file the case for annulment?

3. Where around how many years before the decision?

4. How much does it usually take to file an annulment case/ proceedings?

5. If the case were to be filed, will any lawyer here take the case. She is from Naga City.
