  1. Hey guys, Can you help me know what kind of suppliments to take? I've been contemplating on buying some protein shakes for some time now, but there are just too many available products in the market that I do not know which i should purchase. Anyway I've been working out for three months now, for about 3-4x a day and i have already noticed significant improvements in almost every part of my body except my chest.

  2. The South Beach diet is the fad nowadays. I've noticed that it has worked for my family and friends not to mention numerous celebrities.

     

    But still nothing beats cardiovascular excercises. So going to the gym is still the best advice i can give. I've lost about 15 pds, gained confidence in myself, met new friends, and improved my life expectancy just after 2 months in the gym. Hard work does pay off!!!
