need legal help regarding po sa utang.

a batch mate of mine has a 35k debt to me since kaibigan ko naman dko na ginawan ng written note na nangutang sya at ginamit nya kasi un sa emergency regarding her mom who was on the hospital at the time. ngayon malapit na mag 2 yrs un utang kahit ano wala pa sya nabayaran. paano po ba ang magandang step na gawin para idaan sa legal means para po magbayad sya? worried po ako baka kasi i deny nya un utang since wala kami kasulatan about it.

im starting po a corporation. base from the steps i reserved na a name for the company. next po sana is un paid in capital. i checked the table of SEC wala naman po kami don sa list(different types of companies with starting capitals) since our company is a software solutions provider. eto po un nakita ko sa isang website

since onboard LAN, check for updates sa manufacturers website mga updated drivers for your mobo.. kasi minsan ung mga drivers na kasama sa box di talaga nag wowork sa vista..kahit sinasabi na vista drivers sometimes meron sila mga updated drivers for them.. ung dedicated 128mb memory di pwede palitan kasi ung talaga ung sa VC mo.. ung shared pwede taasan kasi kinukuha nya un sa RAM mo,pro depende sa bios mo kung gano kalaki or kaliit mo sya pwede adjust..

dami akong pop ups kung ano default email application ko, kung outlook sya maraming pop ups, kung hotmail ung login page nman ng hotmail ganun din ung sa yahoo.... mcafee walang nkkita e. adaware din wala rin kwenta. a format ko na pc ko after 2 days bmalik lang ung mdaming pop ups... may rundll32 sa system processes ko na madami minsan. umaabot sa 100+ ung pop ups kung hhayaan mo.. HELP!!!!

I just downloaded an mp3 album of a band sa torrent

Never had this problem before

 

But when I open the file or play it using vlc player,winamp etc

Nagahahang pc ko tas ayaw mag respond ng mp3 file din

I tried converting it using some software pero nageeror basahin ung file.

Hirap hanapin tong album na to eh I wanna complete my collection sana..

Pls help

 

Another thing is another album I downloaded wont play when I use media player,although it wont crash my pc, it just wont play when I pres sthe plau button

first thing to do dude check if its your pc that has the problem or the mp3 file

just copy one of the mp3 files you downloaded try to play it on a diff pc, if it plays well then its your pc if not then its the mp3....

mostly likely its your pc...
