  1. I'm planning to install Linux on a secondary hard drive... is REDHAT better than SLACKWARE ?

Anyway, why you're not replying to my text message regarding the 160GB SATA HDD that I'd like to buy ?

I need it ASAP coz I have some projects to do... Just tell me if there's no longer any available stocks so I can get from another source... Tnx... :hypocritesmiley:

I do see Redhat easier to use compared to Slackware, along with it's package managers...

Stable din naman ang applications na napapatakbo sa Redhat...

  2. Suzuki Bandit 250 Slingshot or Kawasaki ZZR250.

Suzuki RGV250 is one hell of a fast bike, if you found a VJ23, LUCKY YOU! :D

Knowing that these bikes can no longer be brought as brand new, you should also be well aware of the add'l potential expenses that may be incurred when maintaining the bikes... HTH

  3. would you think the resale value of the CRV will have any effect once the 3rd gen have been released?

probably yes. The law of supply and demand dictates it, since the gen2 CR-V was sold like pancakes and there's a lot of them. But knowing Honda 'di naman siguro ganon kababa ang magiging resale value...

  4. The new Mitsubushi Strada is very sleek. A vehichle I'm looking forward to purchase before the year ends. Who cares if it can't accelerate fast enough? Pick-ups aren't designed for sprinting. I have a question though. Along witht he introdutcion of CRDI engines, of which really produces less vibrations and smoother accelerations, Does the CRDI engine posses the resilience of original deisel engines when it comes to cruising in flood water? I mean deisel engines are known to be less prone to "tirik" due to the fact that it lacks computer and circuits that get grounded/busted when they get wet. Anyone who can enlighten me?

At least these CRDI's still doesn't have spark plugs. On the other hand spark ignited petrol engines have created water-tight plug caps and distributors to make them water proof, probably, the electronic controlled injectors of these CRDI's are better waterproofed for these CRDI injector plugs deal with far more enormous air pressure compared to Spark plugs...

  5. I opt for the Ford Explorer Sportrac. For me, its the best pick-up truck. Pwedeng pang rugged and pamporma. :D

Of course, not to mention, the first model of CRV is the best SUV (for me).

Ford Explorer Sportrac is nice. Nice fit and finish when brand new as attested by some owners and as time passes by it becomes less sturdy and becomes a Fix Or Repair Daily car. On the other hand, their ford cars patterned after Mazda are doing pretty good. After all it's got japanese genes in it...
