  1. I love Herbalife, been using it for 6 months now. I lose weight from 184 lbs to 137 lbs, body fat% from 25% down to 15%, and visceral fat from 14 to 6, all of these results is by using Herbalife and following the meal plan for 3 months.

    Changing my life style helps me cure my gout and fatty liver (due to medication), no more medications.

     

    Pricy? yes.. but as I think about it, magkano na nagagastos ko sa medication ko, magkano nagagastos ko sa fast food na kinakain ko araw araw, malaki rin naman, pasalamat na lang ako at wala akong bisyo. For me health is wealth, magkano ba kaya ko invest para sa kalusugan ko, and since I tried it first hand and natuwa ako sa result I decided to put Herbalife as part of my life.

     

    Do you need to stick with the meal plan? I suggest yes for 30 days lng naman. Sa case ko sinunod ko talaga for 3 months hanggang makuha ko na yung ideal weight ko. Now kahit kumain ako ng pizza, burger, donuts hindi na ako lumolobo since may activity na ako and alam ko mga dapat kong gawin.

     

    Pyramiding? No

    MLM? yes

    There is a huge difference between the two.

     

    FDA reviewed but not approved since Herbalife is not meant for medication or drugs, it is a food replacement.

     

    I'm not promoting Herbalife and asking you all to try it out, I'm just sharing my experience on using this product.

     

    Kung gusto ninyong gamitin lng si Herbalife para kumita ng pera then this product is not for you, pero kung gusto ninyo ng life changing experience then I suggest you tried it out. Wag lang kayo oorder online like sa Lazada or shopee since may fake products nito, kumuha lng kayo sa mga legit na distributor para maturuan din kayo ng tamang diet at kung paano makakakuha ng discount sa pag buy ng product.

     

    Discipline is the key, for things to change you have to change. :)

    Change in lifestyle is the key. More on healthy living 80% nutrients 20% exercise. Iwasan mo muna mga high GI foods dahil mabilis sila mag breakdown ng nutrients called glucose na nakakapag spike ng insulin which is a dominant fat storing hormone.

    This is very true, baka same kami ng ginagawa, it really works.

    I'm from 179 LBS down to 140 lbs in 4 months, fat% from 25% down to 16% and visceral fats from 14 down to 7.
