I currently own a restaurant and no, I am not going to do a plug. I just want to find out from those of you that enjoy Ceasar Salad, where you've tasted a really good one. It is my intention to try out these places to see what makes them enjoyable and also to see what improvements I may need to do (if at all) to our existing recipe. Hope to hear from you guys and gals.
