    sad cause daming di marunong magbackread ng onti and do some research and/or dami lang talagang mahina yung utak

  2. i know this thing is a very expensive hobby. today, i started to slowly interest na of going to a spa or MP kasi the girls i havent tried -- parang not really that appealing enough for me to spend that amount of money

    of course, nakatulong na some girls charge 7k for highest offer, di pa kasama transpo and outcall only pa. not worth it to spend almost 9k for a 1 hour session. LOL

    happy im starting to be more realistic. still a long way to go though. probably will try a few more girls but honestly, i think i can live without trying any of them (this is probably a lie hahahaha)

    Aside from what Roubiax said, depende rin sa kung ano yung balak nilang ikaso sa iyo, at kung ano yung ibig sabihin nila by "areglo." Ang imporante, on the documentation side, kumpleto kayo as employer. Employment contracts, time logs (kung meron), payslips with the calculations for deductions etc. That strengthens your case if ever man mapunta kayo sa NLRC. Even then, expect that the arbiter will encourage you to settle with the employees.

     

    Also, by "probation" do you mean probationary employee, or "probation" meaning they are under some kind of sanction? (At kung "probationary employee" bakit may 10 months na probationary?)

     

    Yung sa project employee, same as above. Documentation is nearly everything in labor law and labor arbitration.

    1. If its solely about salary, they have no case. Unless you are paying more than minimum wage. Also, you must be remitting their BIR, SSS, Pag-ibig contributions. They can file a case for that.

     

    2. If its project based, is there a written contract stating the period of tenure? If its just "verbal", the DOLE might consider that person as regular if the duties are necessary to your company. On your counter, you can present proof of her working 4 hours only. But if you did nothing about it in 4 years, you will have a weak case for counter arguing.

    1. I have five workers and threatening me na magfile sila complain regarding salary kundi po ako aareglo.

    halos mga new employee sila and still under probation. pinakamatagal 10 months. Pwede ko ba sila kasuhan ng blackmail or something?

    Harapin ko naman kahit magfile sila e.

     

    2. isang tao ko din nagfile din re salary. nkaproject base sya. nang macheck ko time in and out nya for the past 2 years almost 4 hours lang pinapasok nya.

    pwede ko bang gawin grounds yun as countercharge?

    May paluwagan sa office namin. un finance officer ang taong naghahawak hindi na pumasok. ngayon december pa naman ididstribute un hulog ng mga tao.

    Pati mga documents sa office nawawala re in and out ng mga transanctions.

    Ano po ba pwede isampa na kaso? dapat po ba baranggay muna? o ipablotter?

    Need help regarding sa empleyado ko. Nahuli kasi ng isang employee ko na pinaguusapan ako ng 2 empleyado rin thru FB ng hindi maganda. na copy nya yun chat conversation at inemail sa kin. Pwede ko ba tanggalin sa trabaho? Wala na kasi ako tiwala. pwede pa rin nialng gawin sa akin yun. Madalas na nga late sila at absent pero pinagbibigyan ko p rin.

  8. Hello People. May problem friend ko regarding his name sa diploma nya. Pinagaral sya ng lolo nya nun college. kaya lang ang naregister na middle name ng friend ko e yun sa second wife ng lolo nya (patay na orig nag asawa uli). Pinalabas ng lolo nya na anak sya. dahil kelangan daw un para maavail un scholarship under sa lolo nya. Nung magasawa na sya binalik na nya sa dati ang middle name nya pati sa mga credentials nya. Paano nya kaya mababago ang middle name sa diploma para ibalik sa tunay na middle name nya? Salamat mga sir.

    hingi lang po advise. yun utol ko my kabit at dalawa anak. hiwalay sya sa asawa. nahuli sya sa bahay ng kabit nya ng ex-wife nya. eskandalo derecho. sa loob ng bahay nagsampalan dalawa ex-wife at kabit. nagbanta na ipakukulong sila dalawa ng ex-wife.

     

    Question po:

    1. ano pong kaso ang pwede harapin ng utol ko?

    2. pwede po ba sya kasuhan ng ex-wife kung hiwalay na nga ba sila?

    3. pwede ba sya kasuhan ng ex-wife kung may legal wife ang utol ko (sa first wife hiwalay na rin nasa abroad)

    4. kasal din sila ng ex-wife dahil sabi ng ex-wife (sya nagprocess ng papers sa huwes para makasal sila) wala daw sya record ng kasal sa una asawa sa munisipyo (ayon sa ex-wife). sa maling sabi nagpakasal sila dahil single pala sya (ayon sa ex-wife) at may isang anak na rin sila. pwede ba mawalan ng karapatan ang ex-wife sa mga naipundar nya kung mapatunayan na valid pa rin pala ang unang kasal?

    5. sa pag eskandalo sa kanya ng ex-wife in public pwede ba nya ireklamo ito at kasuhan din?

    Sir ginamit nya vehicle, materials, name of the company and collection. madaling sabi nangontrata sya sa kanya napunta payment. nasa sales dept. kasi sya.

  12. I have problem with our neighbor. just want to know kung pwede ko ba sya ireklamo sa barangay o sa company nya. nagkaroon kami ng misunderstanding. I kept quiet after the incident but this guy is bugging me for a long time gusto yata talaga ng away. pnababayaan ko na lang para walang gulo. kaya lang talagang ayaw ako tigilan. lagi syang nagpaparinig at nang-aasar. last week nagkasalubong ang car nmin sa village, instead na dumaan sa lane nya kinain nya un lane ko at intensyon na banggain ako. napahinto nga ako bigla baka mabangga nya ako. ng malapit na sya sa akin saka nya iniwas at nakangiting aso pa. kasama nya pamilya nya at pinapakita nya kung gaano kasama ang ugali nya sa mga anak at wife nya. di ko lag alam kung paano ko bibigyan ng leksyon ang taong ito. In the first place, you should have a space between the firewall and your house and between the firewall and his house, you can complain, but both of you are in violation of the safety regulations imposed by most city ordinances. My advise is to come to some sort of agreement, better yet, build up as well then let your gutter drip unto his.

     

    Now if you really want to avoid the flooding, check where his gutter drains out to. If its on your roof, that could be the cause of the problem, alternatively it could be that his gutter overflows because its too shallow or it is clogged by leaves and trash.

     

    Sir I bought the house single attached with a firewall and my neighbor built besides mine. I dont think I have a violation about that. Could you clarify this sir? Thank you po.

    1. Dude, check first all the agreements/contracts your sister entered into with the seller. If there's nothing there which specifies the particular material to be used as division wall, then i guess your sister's chances are nil. Why? Because the law states that where there is no stipulation on the quality of the obligation to be delivered, it is presumed that what is to be delivered is "neither of superior nor of inferior quality". Meaning, yung average quality lang. So unless it can be proved that gypsum division wall is actually an "inferior quality" as a division wall, your sister's contention cannot be sustained.

     

    Where can she complain? well, sa HLURB, if she ever arrives at the decision to file the case.

     

    Re: Your problem

     

    1. You're right. Don't sign anything with your neighbor. Just file a complaint with the City Engineer's Office. In all likelihood, he did not secure any building permit for what he constructed.
