  1. Some things to expect when having a relationship with a thera, from my experience.

    1. So many lies. Usually to not hurt the other person. Eventually you learn which ones to brush aside, big ones or small.

    2. Extreme jealousy. Especially with assh*le or makukulit na GM's. Another thing to brush aside or defend.

    3. Realization that physical is minor compared to emotional connection. Because the thera will always be physical with someone else, and eventually you'll accept that it's just work. Though it still causes severe emotional strain.

    4. Sex is usually pretty great. Hey, it starts there anyway, right?

    5. Different levels of thought/understanding of things. Morality is usually thrown out the window.

  2. Wow curvermay. I think because of your responses, more and more GMs are getting attracted to you. Which goes back to her point which is that some people actually fall for a thera because of not different reasons, not just physical.

In my case, I fell for my gf/thera because we get along really well. She's a very well educated person (not even comparing to other theras, she's just really intelligent) and we share a certain level of openness.

  3. Im a newbie in MTC but I've been having a relationship with a thera from one of the not so popular spas. We have a great relationship so far but there are complications. For starters, she has a boyfriend, and I'm unhappily married. No matter how I see it, she's much better in every aspect than my wife. She's kind, sweet, very forward thinking, and a great conversationalist. Yes, you may label me as a cheating assh*le, and some might think of me as a shallow judge of character because of falling for a thera, when there are literally thousands of so-called "better" women out there. You might also think of people like us as just extremely infatuated, or "libog lang yan". I challenge those to think beyond social norms, and accept the fact that things dont really go as planned most of the time. And there are theras who are really genuinely good people, despite their work. Some might even feel that we are just rescuing the theras from their work, and quick to label them as "broken". Well, we all are broken in some way, aren't we. We try to find brokenness that matches ours.
