I agree, Starbucks is the best. For their cold coffee that is.
Their brewed ones lack froth. Looks like the instant ones.

Speaking of congee, I love Wai Ying's Bola-bola congee.

Tried Yellow Cab recently and I didn't like the taste. But the crust is very well done and the best among the pizza delivery stores

weirdest siomai i ever had was in masuki.
The siomai at Ling Nam is just about the same. So siomai-craving at these two places is a big no-no.

My personal roster in Binondo would include:
Mami - Masuki (Benavidez) & Ling Nam (T. Alonzo)
Siomai - President's Teahouse (Salazar) followed by Wai Ying (Benavidez)
Dimsums - Wan Chai (Benavidez & Tomas Mapua) followed by Wai Ying
Beef Wanton Noodles - Big Bowl (Masangkay), don't know if current
Steamed Wanton - Kim Hiong (Ongpin), same as above

Re: Big bowl Masangkay
This was one of my favorite restos around 10 years ago. But when they opened a branch at QC, the quality went downhill, so did the service time. Starting then, I stopped going there. Imagine, having to wait an hour for food. Thanks but no thanks.
