I have meetings with my US Bosses Once every 2 weeks (telecon at home), we have are daily 15 minute meetings we call Scrum, and the rest are Daily Status Reports via Email. Kawawa ako pag DST nga lang sa kanila 11pm start ng meeting ko hehe.
done that same thing for 4 years 'til I had enough of it. But I wish we can adapt the american culture of doing meetings. Meetings here are too chummy chummy.
It's the culture. Our meetings are different since it is a teleconference after all and the different time zones seem unnerving and can't wait for the meeting to end. Haha!
