but if you are craving for ramen, i am in the journey of searching the most authentic one here in the ph since after my travel to japan.

Here are my top recommendations:

1. Ramen Nagi (branches all over metro) - Butao King, with extra tamago and heavy richness and normal hardness of noodles

2. Mitsuyado Seimen (Jupiter St, Makati)- Double Cheese Tsukemen

3. Ramen Yushoken (Molito Alabang) / Mendokoro Ramenba (makati)- Miso ramen

Runner Ups:

1. Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen- Black Garlic Tonkotsu

2. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka - Miso Ramen ( Best deal is to go sa lunch promo nila, sulit ang sets)

3. Ippudo Ramen - Miso ramen, also try their pork buns

wildcard:

Hanamaruken ramen - Signature happiness ramen (Kung pwede lang na hindi soft yung noodles nila, kaso bawal daw al dente)
