  1. saan nakaka bili ng plan B? or ano alternatives for plan B?

Some mercury drug stores offer it but it has to be taken within a certain range of time after the sexual contact. I hope you were able to find your remedy.

  2. Normal Lang ba na palaging nagnonosebleed?

Or every time you pick your nose my Dugo at mucus

    Ganun kasi ako

May cancer ba ako or head tumor

    MD here.

Ang nosebleeding kasi is a symptom that is so unspecific, and a myriad of possibilities should be considered unless the bleeding can be attributed directly to trauma (e.g. picking your nose, fist fights, etc.) If it becomes so frequent even in the absence of trauma, I'd suggest you seek proper consultation. Differentials for this case can range from a simple vessel damage from picking your nose, to uncontrolled hypertension, and tuald ng sabi mo, a growing nasopharyngeal mass.

  3. can you get std, hiv, aids by kissing a prosti?

    having sex with condom?

    how about blow job only?

    please advise doc's. ty

HIV/AIDS is not usually transferred through kissing not unless duguan pareho yung bibig niyo tapos sugat sugat. It's a myth we all want to break. BUT other STD's like herpes, Epstein-Barr Virus (or the kissing disease), etc. are sexually transmitted infections that can be transferred through kissing. So there are still some. Now kissing a prosti? Hmmm... I'd like to veer away from the sweep generalization of prostitutes. As long as the prostitute exercises safety and proper precaution, then risks are placed way down low.

Some more myths we all want to break: HIV is not transferred via sharing utensils, sharing glasses of water, sharing a kiss, sharing toilet bowls, hugging, sharing food, kagat ng lamot or insekto, coughing or sneezing BUT it can be transferred via sharing needles, blood transfusion from infected blood, mother-child transmission or transmission at birth as the child gets exposed to the mother's blood upon delivery, breastmilk via breastfeeding from an infected mother, vaginal fluid, anal mucous, and of course, seminal fluid (kasama pati "pre-cum")

Sex with condom offers protection of course, and proper handling of it post-coitus with the semen inside it must also be done para hindi magkalat ng infection dahil nasa semen ang virus.

BJ, again, basta may point of entry (e.g. sugat), may chance ma transmit.

    I hope this helps.

  4. Any chance magkaroon ng std if kakatapos lng ng tooth extraction mo then nag daty ka?

The concept of transmission of disease during an infection often requires a point of entry, like a door to a house, a gate into a subdivision, in order to establish themselves in your body. Your gate or door at this point is the wound created by tooth extraction. Of course, it bled, hence an entry point. Now, depende kung anong STD o Sexually Transmitted Disease ang tutukuyin natin, because when we say STD, it is an umbrella term to a lot of diseases transmitted via sexual contact.

Let's take HIV for example: HIV concentration is especially high in semen, ngayon pwedeng pumasok yan dun sa sugat.

Syphilis - more on skin to skin contact, because doon mismo sa sore sa ari ng babae o lalaki mismo lumalagi yung bacteria. Sometimes, in more advanced stages of Syphilis where it spreads over the patient's palms and soles, the mere touching of those areas can transmit the bacteria. (Secondary Syphilis)

Herpes - There are two types I want to talk about. Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (Oral Herpes) and Herpes Simplex Virus 2 (Genital Herpes) - itong mga to, transmitted by contact. The genital herpes variant can cross-contaminate the mouth of the receiver (e.g. BJ, DATY, etc). While HSV 1 can be transferred from the mouth into the genitalia. So be wary.

There's a whole bunch of STDs known to man, and some are too complicated to discuss in this thread. I hope this helps.

  5. Thoughts on frequent urination on men?

    I'm an MD.

This complaint can be a lot of things ranging from an infection to an early sign of Diabetes Mellitus.

And a whole bunch of questions ought to be asked e.g. Is it painful? Is there a burning sensation? Does it wake you up at night? Is there pain on the lower part of your abdomen when pressed? Do you feel like eating more than the usual? Do you feel thirsty or drink more water than the usual? Weight loss? and a whole lot more questions that are better asked during a proper consultation.

I highly suggest that you consult a primary care physician and be assessed so he/she can do a proper referral to a specialist, if necessary.

  6. To appraise a study on its validity, kailangan talaga mabasa ung full text niya bro instead of just seeing a published article on it. If we could be provided with the actual text, then maybe I could provide you with my impression. It seems logical naman when you look at how diabetes develops, but then we should see how the study was conducted para malaman natin kung legit ung results nila. And if it is true bro, that's a breakthrough.

  7. Question

    Sa Health Certificate

ano ba naka lagay sa health certificate?

malalaman ba kung may Hepatitis B? std or aids or hiv ka?

    Thanks

Depende sa klase ng health certificate. If it is intended to certify such clearance, then dapat included yan (e.g. HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, etc.). Depende sa kung anong tests ung pinagawa ng pasyente, yun ang mag-aappear. But yan ang usual battery.
