i remember may isa pa resto cute and not bad yung food located sa crosswinds forgot yung name

there is a property being offered to us. the tct is under the name of a corporation and the taxdec is also under the name of the corporation. the corporation has already been dissolved or abandoned. the occupant has an existing deed of absolute sale from the corporation but the notarized deed of sale has been consumated more than 20yrs ago. the owners copy of the title was lost and the rd copy of the title was burned during the fire of qc rd. the property has a levy from the govt of 10m. how do you buy this if you are interested?

I'm not really that knowledgeable when it comes to steaks. I try to stir up some when I cook at home, but still not that good with it. Plus the consistency of the grill request just aren't the same from one to another.

 

But the one I had there are Shao-Kao was really that juicy.

if you cook steak at home the secret if getting good meat. you can buy it at kitayama meatshop in makati and cook it at home. its very tender and jiucy.

ninyos good size nice place especially yun outdoors area but the outdoors area no ac so best to eat there pag malamig na weather. food is not bad and cheap for the serving size they give you. good for dates on a budget.

travelling anywhere is really for the memories you will bring with you. travelling fast paced o slow paced is the same lang bcoz you can never see everything in a place or city. even i have lived a great deal of my life in qc i see new things and places everyday.

the important part is your company in your traavels and the things that happen good or bad during your trip. older people would opt to travel slower pace compared to younger people. i am considered old and i do travel at a slower pace say 3 days to 5 days per city but doesnt really make much of a difference since even if i look at the picture mostly i dont remember which part of europe the picture came from after a year or 2 but yung mga kapalpakan o disgrasya naalala ko lahat to the minute details. cheers enjoy life its the only life you will have
