speed? sempron 3000 has a variety. merong 2G @ 2.2G i guess. performance? with games, more than the p4 3G... IMHO... :hypocritesmiley:

if you have any sense of security at all you'd install service pack 2 right away. auto updates will NOT get you the features included when you install sp2.

agreed. i also have a pirated winxp with sp2 installed in an ibm thinkpad. no problems at all. ganda ng security. before using sp2 i have to install a firewall with popup blocker. with sp2, is a built-in firewall, which functions just the same with third party softwares.

Guys meron akong pirated na WinXP Pro installed sa PC ko. Upgraded na siya using the WinXP SP1. Nagamitan ko na ng cracking utility ang WinXP SP1 kaya nainstall ko siya ng maayos.  My problem is, sinubukan ko na mag-install ng WinXP SP2 na nakuha ko sa Microsoft site. Then all of a sudden pumangit ang performance ng system ko. Palaging nakaka-experience ng system crash at ang ibang apps at games ko ay biglang bumagal. My computer uses and Athlon XP 1900+ with 512MB of RAM (DDR333), my video card is an ATI Radeon 9600 with 256MB of video RAM.

 

I reinstall my system and reinstalled the SP1 of WinXp. Ok na uli tulad ng dati, walang slowdowns or system crashes. My question is, meron ba ako dapat gawin para ma-install nang maayos ang SP2?

check the firewall setting. may sariling firewall kasi pag install ka ng sp2.

need advice po mga experts....

 

ka-iinstall ko lang po ng windows XP (pirated po), just trying whether I will switch to this OS or still use the 98... ok naman ang installation, but its asking me to register it....pag di ko niregister, I can only use it for 30 days...

 

is it safe to register it, kahit na pirated ito. Di ho ba delikado na matrace ako ng Microsoft at mahuli using pirated software...

ako may tanong din. nagpunta ako sa SSS sa EDSA-Cubao months ago, to apply for the new ID. one of the requirements is a couple of valid ID's. so i presented 2 company ID's, of course from different companies i have worked with, the one in the past and the other in the present.

anak ng mola! ayaw tanggapin ng tga-SSS. di daw pwede na parehong employment ID. e pareho namang valid ID yon e. and besides magkaibang company yon.

tsaka, ikaw na nga tong naabala na pumunta sa opisina nila, umabsent ka pa para lang makakuha ng ID. antipatiko pa ang naka-detail dun.

eto ang tanong ko ngayon? bakit naman ganun? wala naman sigurong mag-aaksaya ng panahon para pumunta dun at mag-apply ng ID kung di naman sya yong SSS member di ba? and besides, may records naman ang SSS sa lahat ng members nila di ba? and to think na present employment ID ko yong binigay ko, pwede na nilang i-check yong Company ko at ang identity ko. ang labo naman yata ng SSS.

so eto ako ngayon, wala pa ring ID, coz i have no time to go back to the SSS office.
