Before, the PTC office requires that your LTOPF must be less than six months old in order that the same must be accepted in lieu of neuro and drug test requirement submmission, same pa rin po ba ang policy? or puwede na magsubmit ng LTOPF for PTC even if the same is more than six months old?

as per info you can pay the temporary LTOPF to turn it into Cert of LTOPF even without waiting for the text, can anyone confirm this? Iám one those na maaga na nag apply ng LTOPF na temporary LTOPF lang nakuha, unlike now outright Cert. of LTOPF na agad ang binibigay, til now wala pako narereceive ba text for payment. How about Cert. of Firearm registration do they accept payment na ba? huling process ko kasi they just issue the cert. without requiring payment payment
