I'm a huge Rockport fan. It's quite a big investment to have several pairs but I have to take good care of my feet. An orthopedic surgeon once advised me not to scrimp on footwear when it comes to comfort and quality. I take out the original insoles and replace them with high arch, copper-lined insoles (which I get from Singapore at Sgd65.00 a pair) that mold my feet well to the shoes.

Tumi all-leather bag when I want to look serious at work. Thule backpack rest of the time when I want it casual. Hedgren shoulder bag and a plain vanilla American Tourister carry-on trolley suitcase when I fly out for a couple of days.

Just a handful of relationships. 1st is already married and has a teen daughter. 2nd is in the US and was widowed a few years back. Childless. Still in touch with both occasionally. 3rd one has gone off to places unknown and has evaporated completely from my life. The 4th has moved on to a new relationship and we still sms each other once in a blue moon.
Nope, I'm over all of them. Life goes on. Forward.

I want to watch it end spectacularly. Massive comet strike which would bore through the earth's core and shatter the planet into billions of particles. At the very instant I'd be holding a cold beer in hand while screaming "Adios, motherf#&kers!!!".

Grade school: oftentimes in the honor roll but never near the top
High School: honors section but not consistently on the honor roll; I just exerted enough effort to keep up higher than average grades but never pushed myself hard; I was enjoying my early to mid-teen years outside of academics
College: It was like high school; if not for my freshman year performance (imagine a dog set free from his regimented exclusive boys school environment) I could have gotten my degree with an honors suffix; what the heck, college was fun. I got educated, inebriated, and liberated.

If there is such a thing as comfort food then Starbucks coffee is my comfort drink. Plain drip with 2 packets of raw sugar gets me going.
I have a Starbucks Verismo machine at home which I crank up on weekends. Verismo pods are not available here so I sort of go easy on my stocks. A box of a dozen pods cost US$11.95 or about P48.00 per cup.

Beretta 92F. I like it nice and simple.

I have a Wondercore exercise machine. It keeps my tummy from running away ahead of me.

I've been able to go celibate for over a month but it was more of being 'distracted' by work and other issues. But I often manage to play catch up when things get back on track.

I've stopped using Windows systems regularly since i shifted to MacBooks over 4 years ago. My last OS is Windows 7 and I think it's still good.

In-N-Out Burgers in the West Coast! Freshly made and really tasty, and great with their fries. Hindi ko pinagsawaan.
Also tried the very first West Coast Shake Shack outlet in Las Vegas. Pricey but really good and filling too.

99+ It was unexpected so my classmates and I who hit this score drank ourselves silly in celebration over one weekend.

Zero. I am not a social media fan. I don't see nor feel the need to bare my day-to-day life and share so much personal information online. It's socialization gone overboard.

Apple Stores! The lowest prices this side of the world.

If only I met her when i was still free. Such a common lament specially for those who plunged into marriage without deep discernment and unmindful of the consequences and responsibilities. Ah, well....

I would never choose to retire in Manila. Everything wrong about how a metropolis is laid out and managed is right there. It is also not an environmentally healthy place.

Head straight to the coffee maker after the toilet. I cannot start feeling human unless I have my first cup.

Tried Langkawi a few years back. Beaches are not that great compared to Boracay or Phuket. The fun part is watching Middle Easterners go on vacation in this resort island which is one big duty free zone. Islamic puritans will be horrified at seeing their brethen pile their shopping carts with booze!

I'm using both Globe and Smart postpaid. Globe sucks but at least I'm able to avail of unlimited call and sms to other Globe users. SMART works better in the provinces and their customer service is relatively better than Globe's. I'm on the lowest plan for both.
