  1. I went to ER the other day for Dizziness. Doctor's ruled out Vertigo. Gave me a prescription for antivert (meclizine 25mg) and it works good. :thumbsupsmiley:

your doctor "ruled out" vertigo and yet he prescribed an anti-vertigo meds ?

i don't see anything wrong with what the ER doctor prescribed

  3. planning to get the z200, nagka dilemma ako nung nakita ko yung z250, bigla ko nalito what to get.. gusto ko sa 200, mas matipid, cheaper and dual type yung ignition, pdeng kick, pdeng electric. ayaw ko lang sa 250 electric start na lang siya wala nang kick start... experience ko kasi sa lahat ng motorbike na dumaan sa akin, pag more than 5 days di ginamit humuhina battry, hehehe. but definitely lighter yung 250, may mga pinalitan na aluminum parts daw kaya gumaan. bago din exhaust. kuha na sana ko last week sa rob ermita, nakita ko 250 napaisip ako. mga tol may review ba kayo bout mad ass???

  4. Exactly, that is why purchasing a 2nd hand bike is not what I really prefer......And as I've said, for now, I am fine with a 150cc bike.....maybe 4-6 months after, I will upgrade to a much higher displacement...So, for you guys, how do you find Honda CBR150R, in terms of its value (for money), performance, and of course fuel efficiency? (Currently, I am very happy with my Sniper 135, 40-42 km/liter.... :thumbsupsmiley: )Thanks in advance...Ride Safe..
i have test rided one last month, superb performance, though price is a bit steep. i used to ride a 250cc yamaha fzr, bigat maintenance bro, pero bilis nun!! nasawa na lang ako pa-overhaul, naka 2 na kasi.sabi nung dealer around 40km/l daw yung cbr150. value for money? kung for keeps yung bike as in hindi ibebenta in the near future oks yun but kung bibitawan din agad, might as well get a decent 400cc na second-hand. Honda super 4 is a very good catch if you'd be able to get a newer version, yung v-tec un engine, around 150-200k. di mahirap parts, very good looking and fast. mejo mabigat nga lang, but you'll get used to it after a week of riding. another is a Honda CB 1, 400cc din siya but lighter than the super 4. single rotor nga lang yung brakes sa harap. a cheaper alternative to cbr150 is the kawasaki krr150. 105k the last time i asked, main draw back 2-stroke siya! though as fast as cbr, mas matipid siya in terms of fuel economy, has better suspension and lighter than the cbr. pangit tunog bro! 2-stroke kasi, pero di naman mausok, heheheso, whatever your heart desires, follow it!!

  5. Hello fellow bikers! guess i stirred up something huh...

bout your question sir andrean bout 400cc n 200cc fuel consumption.

i tried honda super 4 before 2002 model vtec engine. 20-25km to a liter of velocity na gas. pure city driving. i now have a yamaha fzr 250cc mas malakas sa gas 18-22km to a liter. maybe becoz carb lang sya tapos 4 cylinder na 16 valve and of course mas luma 1991 model whereas yung super 4 kahit 400cc electronic fuel injected n mas bago. pero para sa kin mas masarap gmitin yung bike ko ngaun, mas magaan kc but looks like a 400cc. yung z200 na bike 30-35km to a liter ata. single piston 4stroke. meron na nman ako bgong patient semplang sa bike uli, backride sya syempre walang helmet! wlang pampaoera, diskartehan ko pa sa pcso, kainis!

  6. i just operated on 2 guys yesterday. one riding with an old worn out helmet. the other one not wearing a helmet at all. we are to schedule another one, female backride no helmet. the one driving dead already. we cannot operate yet kc may brain concussion pa sya. accident hapend in angono.

nkakainis kasi pnagbabawalan nko mgmotor dahil sa kanila!

  7. hello fellow bikers!

i am an otorhinolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon by profession. i also do maxillofacial and reconstructive surgery for trauma and cancer patients. most trauma patients i operated on are motorcycle riders. i am just wondering, why is it that most of them, actually all of them are riding either mopeds or scooters, the likes of wave, xrms, raiders, shogun, dios and the like. i havent encounterd those riding big bikes, the likes of super 4s, r6s etc... my analysis was dat those riding smaller bikes tend to be more masingit coz of the lightness of their bikes, and they tend to be less dressed for the ride, helmets not dot approved especially. i mean buhay natin nakataya pag nkasakay tayo ng bike, might as well invest on a good helmet instead of paporma ng bike, u agree pipol? most patients either do not wear helmet or wear cheap ones.. mga bro let us ride safely, meaning defensively, wid safe riding gears and please dont drink and drive...

next time pwede b ko mag post ng pictures ng mge naaksidente sa bike, so pipol will ride safer..

    ride safely bros!

  8. Thanks... these are the kind of medium "big bikes" that I was talking about... I want something that looks like this... but not necessarily this... but I hope this one is locally available http://www.geocities.com/basted_ph/smileys/ro_emote_gg.gif

There is one shop here in cainta that sells that bike honda cbr150r brand new lahat bnbenta nila. u can have it for 165k. kaya lang they dont sell it in instalment basis, cash lang. cbu daw kasi from thailand yung bike. in the future daw pag ngimport na yung honda mismo, bababa na yung presyo n pwede na instalment.
