But some say you r more likely to fall off the wagon if you quit with nicotine supplements than when you quit cold turkey. (I agree. Dammit) Then again, if you go cold turkey, well, good luck. Several patches are out there, but Nicoderm CQ stays on the skin most reliably. As for gums, I know none but Nicorette. I dunno where you can get them here tho...
