  1. Shorts lang and sando. Or tshirt na hindi sobrang sikip na hirap ka makagalaw or sobrang luwag na sagabal na sa pagwoworkout. In short yung komportable at makakakilos ka ng maayos. And regarding sa shoes, if you are planning on doing deadlifts, squats, overhead presses avoid running shoes. Mas ok kung flat and incompressible ung soles. Mas magiging stable ang buhat mo pramis.

  2. Boss san banda yung zest gym dito sa may cubao? Lilipat kasi ako ng gym,gusto ko kasi maperfect yung mga compound lifts like squat, deadlift, etc. Yung current gym ko kasi parang ewan lang. Nagpaturo ako sa instructor ng power cleans hindi nya alam kung anong exercise yun. Bwiset
