find a quiet and dark place. remember that in sleeping our other
senses are more sensitive (sense of sight and sense of hearing). also,
light plays a major part in sleeping, our body clock (Circadian Rhythm)
depends on it so that the brain can send a signal to the body to
sleep. There must be no light and no loud/irritating sound when
you are trying to sleep.
if you have to wake up at a certain time, better arrange to be awaken by
someone. alarms gives...
