  1. id been on this situation a couple of times, ngayon kasi medyo matalino na ko ahahaha..what i usually do before is " uy sorry di ako makapunta walang budget e" dalawa lang naman makukuha mong type ng reply, yung isa is o sige basta text mo ko pag pupunta kita dito ha para mapareserve kita.. which is obviously need nya lang ng client or yung reply na" ok lang kahit entrance lang bayaran mo gusto lang kita makita e which is more of personal na.. circa 2007 with Lara of sylvanus, estudyante pa ko nun of course allowance ang pang MP ko so di ganon karegular makadalaw, she even pay for the entrance to make sure na madalaw ko sya 3x a week, gwapo ba ko. i dont know, mayaman ba ko, sakto lang..i guess way back then pag nag invest ka ng time or makita nila na di lang s3x habol mo, in my case yun nga hahaha..e bibigyan ka ng extra perks..yes i did fall for her pero darating din yung time na mas mangingibabaw yung needs nila financially..at totoo papatayin ka ng selos..

  2. Genetics..eto yung mga tao na skinny na kahit anong kain payat so nagpapa bulk up lang

    and of course those peeps are being paid to have that body type..kahit naman ako siguro gaganda katawan kung income generating hahaha..i remember when Taylor Lautner almost lost his role as jacob kasi di fit sa character nya yung body nya

    and started working out..boom nauso yung mala wolf na katawan hahaha..

  3. i read this statement from cnn: I am a President of a sovereign state. And we have long ceased to be a colony of the United States, correct me if i am wrong, US played a big part of what we are right now, from treaty of paris which is somehow BS because the Philippines was bought from Spain and of course WW2 liberating us from Japan, kahit pa baliktarin natin ang mundo at maging mayabang in a way still we owe something but not everything from the US, so throwing those colorful statement is not necessary,thats for me, i might be wrong but i still know my history somehow.

MMA , i agree mahirap ang triathlon .. pero eto yung sport na kaya mong gawin even after your 50's cause your are just competing again yourself.. but you can't fight kapag 50 kana.. di na masustain ng body yung training at competition..if no one will agree , let me know someone who does triathlon and do MMA on the side..coz i can give someone who does MMA and do triathlon on side .. NICK DIAZ

    all diets work, especially if they make you eat less. the thing is, most diets also do not work because you end up starving or not enjoying what you eat that you end up going back to your old, unhealthy eating lifestyle.

     

    in my experience, the only thing you should watch out for are "trigger foods" - you know, the type of stuff where you completely devour, and you don't even notice it. they are usually different for each individual, but in my informal interviews, here are the stuff i noticed:

     

    -rice/bread/pasta

    -sweetened drinks

    -fried food

    -chips, popcorn, even peanuts

    -ice cream

    -chocolate

    -cheese cake

    -stuff with a lot of cheese (i.e. pizza)

    thanks for the info sir .. you mention rice/bread/pasta, how about wheaten bread and brown rice and whole grain pasta?
