worse service is PLDT DSL , nalugi ang internet shop ko dahil sa PLDT DSL , lagi disconnect.

mydsl pldt really sucks almost 2 weeks now they cant fix the problem in my internet shop, at the moment i temporary closed my shop due to this problem ( intermittent from fast to slow). I dont want to suffer my costumer kaya nagclosed muna ako .CALLING THE ATTENTION OF PLDT MY DSL , IF YOU CANT FIX , I THINK ITS BETTER TO SHIFT NOW TO ANOTHER OPTIONS.

Is it right to give humanitarian reasons for those committing crime such as estafa case and fraudelent of public documents? Im confusing about my lawyer advised , he wants me to accept the option of the accused wherein that their (the accused) property will serves as collateral for the payment which is due to us. When we checked the documents , the property is not yet in her name and theres a lot of erasures on the said documents. I dont know what brings to my lawyers mind to give her humanitarian reasons even then he knows the documents is not acceptable. The property im saying is a house and lot which the accused is now occupying and been bought from 1st owner on installment basis. Sabi ng lawyer ko wala raw talagang pambayad un nanloko sa min kaya tanggapin ko na raw un documents. I object my lawyer proposal , then told him to resume the court hearing againts the accused.

This court case was now running for almost 2 yrs and until now no positive outcome from the trial judge.

Sometimes im thingking of to replace the service of my lawyer , because of his performance.

Am i right to my decision ? im seeking advice from those lawyers here , Thanks.

Its almost one yr now past when i filed a estafa case againts a person who sells a house to me with a falsified documents. The money she took to me was 250k as initial DP and it never been back to me that amount eventhough it was brought the case to barangay then to city fiscal office. I recieved a resolution letter came from fiscal office a day ago ,that the case will be open to start a hearing. Now my problem is, i cant decide myself if im going to push this case to court , because of my financial difficulties and other priority financial obligation to my family. I spent almost 40k for my lawyer since we started appearing at fiscal office , sad to say that my lawyer is asking me 40% of 250k if we won the case, thats one thing it mades me confusing to continue this case to court because of legal expenses and at the end , i think almost nothing will left for me. Is the estafa case will take a long court hearing?How long ,is it months or years? Im seeking your legal opinion or personal opinion for this matters. thanks mabuhay ang filipino lawyers.
