  1. At the end of the day, people can rationalize or condemn what he says and does.

     

    I lean towards the former. If he can get all that rhetoric into a filter, he might roll some heads.

     

    A good portion of the youth(including myself) don't have interest in all the graphs, economic struggles and political discourse.(This problem is cultural to say the least, people think about their lives and their friends lives rather than the nation as a whole).

    I'd love it if there is a "Tax Class" (know your gov rights and benefits, classes.).

  2. Space Crash, alam mo dude, pag gusto may paraan.. pag ayaw, di talaga mauubos ang dahilan. Stop making excuses, just do it! Start by just brisk walking for 30 mins a day. Gusto mo sa mall mo gawin para sabay sa window shopping. Brisk walking ha, yun mabilis na walk. Simulan mo na. Pag medyo nabawasan na insecurities mo tsaka mo consider mag gym. Don't worry, di ka naman celebrity kaya walang papansin sa yo sa gym, kailangan lang naka-rubbershoes ka dun kse bawal naka-paa dun. Haha! Joke!

    That's about Half right, maganda sana may mag turo sa akin sa gym na namention ko, eh bukod sa older clientele ung atmosphere nila parang you "should know" what to do na . Flaking out is the first step to over come. And medyo malayo na walks ko everyday, wow legs kaya to, hahaha. jk sabagay ndi naman Brisk ung ginagawa ko

    Naka punta ako sa sports shop isang beses(galing Ozine fest ngek) at wla akong makitang Push Up handles, saan b nakakabili at price sana, ndi naman updated halos ang online information eh.

    Either wla or ndi ko alam ung parks dito sa Sta.Rosa(Pasig). Astig nga naman mag parkour, para may ninja moves :ninja: :ninja: :ninja:

  3. hindi mo naman need pumunta sa mga gym. pwede ka mag start bodyweight exercises sa home... :) mas tipid yun nasa bahay ka pa.

    Eto mga magagandang bodyweight exercises.

    Push ups(mostly tinatarget nito is Triceps and Pecs), Pull ups (Lats kumbaga yun pakpak ni bruce lee sa likod hahaha, then may kasamang biceps depende sa grip) Situps(abs) Squats (quads or Hita) ayan whole body na yan! haha, look it up on youtube sa mga variaties ng mga exercises na yan every variety may targeted muscles na gusto mo itrain :) enjoy!!!     Yes it did provide me some insight(wla pa ako positive votes pero may limit na daw ako), wla lang ako masyado space sa current place ko kasi bespace lang un hehe, Pero pwede rin a mat, weights and many youtubes baka magawa. As for Push ups meron ba dito nung pushup handles ba yun, tulad nung video na nakita ko sa YT, ang sakit kasi na kamay ng pushups.

     

    Also considering this boxing gym near my current work, will that trim my beer belly?

  4. Is there a post for novices like me, who want to start? Dami kasi ako difficulties.

     

    Solo lang ako pupunta, wla time mga kilala ko.

    Close gym sa lugar ko is OK, pero most of the people I can see(nung nakasilip ako) is way older than me I would know how to approach.

    and lastly. If I pool my money together I may be able to afford(in a manner of speaking) those fancy gym memberships at the malls

    problema lang they charge by credit card at may byahe din papunta.

    Either pa suggest naman ng Gym Etiquette sa situation ko, or ung nga alternative exercises.
