ADMU over achieved this season. With no big man to match up with Aroga, Betayene, Rosario, Hargrove, Van Opstal, Norbert Torres, Mammie, Abdul. It was a surprise they placed 1st after the eliminations when experts said that admu was seeded 5th.. They just couldn't solve NU.

DLSU is the defending champion with an intact roster. They were expected to steam roller everyone and get the back to back.

I wouldn't say that ADMU is better than DLSU this season. DLSU has a deeper bench. But when these 2 teams play each other, they are evenly matched.

Get a trampoline. Not the big one, but the one for personal use. Just bounce away. After a few rounds, you can mix with aerobic exercises. It's fun.

College ang namimiss ko. All boys kasi HS ko. Sa college namin, madami magaganda. There was a big concentration of pretty girls in college. In the office world, very rare na maganda, at least in my office.
