Sogo marcos hiway is the worst. Grabe ang deterioration ng marcos hinway sogo. I used to be a regular there until 2 weeks ago. I just realized that their rooms are all dirty. Check nyo yun carpet flooring nila. When i removed my shoes and stepped on it then proceeded sa bathroom, my god parang umapak ako sa putikan. I dont think they ever vacuumed nor shampooed yun carpet nila ever siince they opened. Nandiri kami so we asked to be transferred sa executive rooms nila which is something like 850 to 900 for 3 hours. Yun flooring kasi dun are tiles and vinyl wood laminates. When we went inside, the bedroom seemed ok pero nun pumasok sa bathroom na may jacuzzi, mandidiri ka rin. The wall tiles are creeping with molds. One can see it sa tile grouts. The shower sets have hardwater stains and the shower's glass partition were absent. It seemed someone broke it and management just decided not to replace it.mfrom then on, my gf and I swore never to return to sogo again.

 

It's a shame kung paano to pinabayaan. It used to be clean and well maintained since it opened. Nowadays, i wouldn't dare bring my gf there for hygienic reasons. And i would advise the same for all you guys out there. Palaging puno pa naman dun madalas and it's not unusual for them to take 30 mins to bring your bill when one is checking out.

 

Im really hoping that they improve their services. Sayang.

same experience with you bro. ang dumi na ng carpet nila napabayaan na talaga, eh medyo bago pa lang yung establishment nila kaya di na ako nagaalis ng tsenelas sa loob kc kapag nagpaa ka didikit ang dumi sa paa mo. dapat i-tiles na lang nila yun. kulang sa maintenance ang sogo marcos highway sayang! marami ang iiwas na customer sa sogo marcos highway kapag tuloy tuloy nyong pinabayaan yan!!!
