How could not the students cheat if the teacher themselves are not that observant or even willing to catch those students who are cheating?

Probably having a conducive environment, competent and friendly teachers and a student friendly Educational System. Sometimes, the educational system only caters those who are geniuses and smart. If you are dumb, you are very much left behind and forgotten. It would be nice if the school put priorities to those "dumb" people rather than the smart ones. They shouldn't put the dumb students in a dumb class so that they can have a class that has every smart students in it to raise the School's Ratings. It is quite idiotic.

I do drink it from time to time as a form of detoxification.

I go online for all sorts of things. Mainly to broaden my horizon about things.

Well, depressed. Very depressed kasi sa mga kalolokohan kong ginagawa.

Although my experience when I was in highschool was not that great, I still miss it more than college. College is somewhat a stage of your life where you need to be responsible, independent and serious unlike Highschool where you can do almost anything.

Worst punishment? Hmmm... well, it only happened in elementary since I am studying in a public school. Anyone who is too noisy or breaks the rule will get hit by a stick either on the back of your legs or on your palms. I never knew that that was illegal so I didn't report it to the principal nor to my parents.

Hmm, last time I cheated was way back in elementary. Everyone was cheating and even my teacher allowed us to cheat by reviewing the test papers that we will answer on our exams. But after graduating from elementary, I stop cheating and hated those people who cheats.
