I think they did issue a memo saw it in one of my friends post. Pero walang airtime since one sided ang media specially the station I mentioned earlier. Tama naman ang SEC na di registered ang Emgoldex sa pilipinas because it is an online store like other online store out there.
i myself at first thought it was a scam because of the negative news until I spoke to my friend who invested on it. Then it became clear to me. Pero didn't invest on it kasi sa iba pa ako nagiinvest as of the moment.
