If you live the Rockwell/ JP rizal/ Burgos area, there's this new shop called Skyzip Autoworks that opened in the caltex along JP rizal. Highly recommended and affordable.

On the flip side, I personally have been happy with BPI. Sometimes the lines still get crazy because of the volume, but I generally feel that the staff are well trained and that they do their best to accommodate the customer. Easily the best among the big three
