according to a big euro bank's chief investment officer, they're looking to come in at 2400. probably in 2 to 3 months. fyi, august is also ghost month.
-
that's right, interest rate should move more than 125 basis points pa.

-when you bought something and used it 3 x in the last 5 years even though it was cheap (i remember that beige jeans)
-when you paid your credit card with the minimum allowed say 2k, only to see in the next billing that you just chopped 300 pesos from the last bill (sayang ang 1.7k, so my mantra after that was KILLLLLLLLLLLLL all credit card debt!!!!!!)
-when you spent 1k for a lunch and dinner, with 300+ going to taxes and other charges
-when you used your reward points on something not useful after all
-when you spent a particular amount on something then wish you just spent the same amount on food, toiletries, fuel, etc.
-when you spent for discounts just to satisfy your club membership (i cancelled all subscriptions and memberships now)

Do you guys know any good and reliable sales agent/broker in any of the Cityland condo's?
I dont recommend the following agents:
Cindy G. Cityland Estacion St - doesn't call you back, for a licensed broker she seems clueless
Portia P. Cityland 8 on Gil Puyat (Buendia) - un professional, doesn't know what she is doing, doesn't know the concept of selling that when a buyer desides not want to buy she goes crazy. Stay away from her.
you may want to contact kay francisco 892-3823. hope this helps.

pwede ba credit card sa soho? thanks

Although I'm living in a condo right now, I'd still want to own a house and lot, say within the next two years. I think a house would be a better environment for me and my future wife and kids.

firstly, to minimize scorching heat inside for my comfort and for aircon efficiency
secondly, to make me do things privately, such as eating sa parking lot, sleeping while waiting for someone, and those, of course, those bad things, hehehe.

di sa pagmamayabang... i'm just happy madami akong na sell na tumaas today.
since i started stock trading in january my portfolio increased 11% in 4 months. that is about 34% per annum
is that good or average?
i think that's both good and average at the same time.
good kasi at least you're ensured that you'll do better than most investments like time deposits and bonds.
average kasi i got *
*an equity mutual fund that grew 19.7% from january to last week a
*an equity uitf fund that grew 7.7% in 6 weeks
*a balanced uitf fund that grew 5% in 6 weeks also

Had lunch at HEAT Edsa Shangrila last week.
Buffet costs P950++, as with the other hotels, they have their version of food stations (noodles, risotto, japanese, pan-grilled, appetizers, desserts, etc.).
Had a great time! Since I'm a carnivore...I had several refill of their lamb chop, roast beef and pan grilled tenderloin.
For dessert, they also have ice cream teppanyaki, chocolate fountain and a crepe station.
Just like paseo uno, seven corners and circles. Heat is worth the price.
Cheers.
We tried naman breakfast at HEAT sarap din with its mix of chinese, japanese, continental, european and filipino tastes. I must say it's worth it and worth a second round

how about yung mga jobs like yung sa driver, construction worker, waiter, hotel boy, in demand ba sa dubai? my relative is hoping he could make it there as such. any ideas?

I just want to ask what's the best i can do for this. I'm eyeing a house & lot package worth 5M, if lot only that would 1.8M.
Both requires a 20% downpayment (1M for house & lot and around 300K+ for the lot only). The 80% can be paid in lump sum via a bank loan or pagibig loan after 24 months.
I have a time deposit pero I don't want to use that for the downpayment because it's earning interest na. I'm thinking of availing a pagibig loan to be paid in 5 years (the shortest term). However, will that affect my loan application for the 80% balance (two years from now).
What should I do, I mean what could be my best move for this?
Hope to hear from you, thanks, thanks.
