My first bad exirience was when my shipment got lost in their warehouse and no one can give me an answer. It arrives 3 days after the time i needed the shipment. Second was when they cannot give reliable estimate on the taxes and duties, they keep on calling and adjusting and I have to prepare the cheques. WHAT A LOUSY SERVICE!!!!

Can we start talking about bank services? What bank has the worst service? Whats your expirience?
