mahilig ka ba sa cochinillo, paella, jamon serrano, fabada, chorizo, atbp... saan ka kumakain nito... let's share in a gastronomic feast of spanish cuisine.. share your experiences (local or foreign), recipes... if you had a not so pleasant experince too, share it!!!! my favorite spanish restos here are Guernica in Remedios Circle; Casa armas - GB3, Podium and in Nakpil area (the original), La Tienda behind Burgos, Makati. my favorite dishes ... paella valenciana, and mix of tapas...jamon serano, chorizo, cheeze, sardines, croquetas. wash it down with wine during the meal and coffee after the meal. to enjoy a spanish banquet give yourself as much as 2.5 to 3 hours for the full set meal starting with your tapas , then your main dish of paella, to your dessert and coffee. pace yourself with alot of story telling...
