  1. for cardio, climbing stairs (12 stories high) 3x times, tas jogging 30mins to 1 hr, for muscles, push up, pull ups, squats, and variations for each set. think body weight training or rather search body weight training should give you a lot of options

    i guess one way is find out sino yung in the long run ang gusto mo makapiling pag tanda mo. i'm sure each one has her unique quality na nagustuhan mo but you need to set those qualities that you will satisfy

    you. because if you don't set those qualities you won't be able to make a choice. gusto mo silang dalawa palagi but society does not allow it because alam mo na if it is allowed then magulo or maybe we need to create new rules for that :D
