  1. i usually sleep off a migraine. dito ako nag start matulog with eyeshades on (like the ones they give away sa plane). kasi dapat sobrang dark ng room, para ma relieve un pain.

     

    i also take ponstan fr or biogesic.

  2. open my eyes :)

     

    on my lazy days:

    stretch and rest (napagod ako sa pagtulog hahaha)

    mag emote until its too late na to get up at male late na sa work :)

     

    on days that i'm kinda feeling alive:

    stretch, get up, do my yoga exercises :)

  3. solution for my insomnia is deep breathing, tapos counting backwards from 100 to 1. if you're doing it right, ndi ka aabot ng 1, tulog ka na.

     

    worst insomnia case ko umabot ata ako ng mga 40-45 before ako makatulog. now wala pang 80 tulog na ako :)
