anyone here know where to get Isopure whey protein locally?

I think i saw these sa cash n' carry, the new mall-building of theirs. i was thinking of buying this brand coz i'm slightly lactose-intolerant but i'm ok with what i'm taking for now.

Is your lower back pain a result of a particular exercise? I had lower back pains when I did rows at the gym. What I did was to make sure I sufficiently did stretching exercises on my lower back before and after doing the rows (or any other exercise that affected the lower back). I don't experience lower back pains anymore

I think you should go back and inform the management so that they can act on the matter and hopefully, other guests would be spared from the same ordeal.

I suggest that if you do go there, calm yourself first and don't approach the management in an accusatory manner. Rather, approach them in such a manner that you are merely informing the management what had happened. If they deem it appropriate to compensate you, well and good. If not, at least you have said your piece and no one can accuse you of just complaining but doing nothing about it.

There are many different factors that can affect transmission of any disease, including STD's (sexually trasmitted diseases). Without going into too much technical details, the short answer to your question is YES. All kinds of STD's can indeed by transmitted via unprotected oral sex. The risk is somewhat lower, but the risk is there, nonetheless.

Clarificatory and follow up lang pls...even the girl can get std from unprotected oral sex (assuming it is the guy who has it)?

Can STD be transmitted through BBBJ (no condom BJ)? What are the types of STD's that can be acquired by engaging in unprotected BJ? The reason I'm asking is because I've read some conflicting opinions (not those of a doctor's though) and I would like to get an answer from someone who really knows, ie a doctor.
