    I had a foreigner friend booked at Microtel in Libis one time. No FRs here, btw, but that first night, at around 2AM, she said a middle-aged sounding woman called her room confirmed her name and started engaging her in small talk saying she was bored and just wanted to talk to someone. A bit freaked-out but nonetheless polite, she indulged her until the conversation got weirder on which she ended it apologizing she was sleepy and had a long day ahead. Thinking that only the frontdesk had access to her name and room number, we verified who was manning it that time. They said no one was and their CCTV confirmed it. Scared, we decided to move her to Century Park at Harrison in Manila. At about the same time, her phone rang again, same woman, same story and no query of why she moved to a new hotel. My friend hung up on her this time and called me in the middle of the night to come over and stay with her til breakfast... err, still no FRs there, sorry. :lol: But that morning, we checked out and moved her to Remington at Resorts World. This time, she said, maybe we should unhook the phone. I discouraged her from doing that. I said think about it, what if you unhooked the damn phone this time and it still rang in the middle of the night. That would be creepier, wouldn't it? :lol: Lucky that time her phone never rang but I doubt if she's coming back to the Philippines again anytime soon. :lol:

     

     

    Oh my . . . . that would really be dreepy!

    Tried Tonkatsu at Greenbelt 2 today. For katsudon/tonkatsu lovers, this is the place to be since they sell all kinds of katsu.

    Ordered the common Katsudon, which I found to be a bit on the ordinary side. Or maybe i just had high expectations for a P400 meal.

    It was good, but not the type that would make me rave about it wink.gif

     

    Oh well. Maybe the other dishes are better, and better tasting than what they look like in the pics.

    Falling in Love with Someone When You Cannot...

    Ive fallen in love for the 2nd time but its unacceptable and forbidden in the norms of society and in the eyes of God. But this has given me the courage to go on with my life and has given me the happiness that I was denied for long. I just ask forgiveness and I dont mean to hurt anybody. Maybe he was what God was supposed to have given me but there was a mess up in the delivery and I winded up getting the wrong one. And to make up for the boo boo he sent me the right one for me to enjoy even if its too late.wub.gifwub.gifwub.gif

     

     

    Reality wise . . . it's lose lose either way . . . but don't get me wrong . . . I am not saying for the sake of just saying . . . I know exactly how it feels . . . to feel so happy with that other person . . . and yet bound by rules of God and society which dictates that it is wrong . . . :(
